بررسی مقایسه‌ای مشارکت سیاسی مردم شهر کاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی و شورای شهر

مشارکت یا عدم مشارکت شهروندان یکی از مهمترین معیارهای مشروعیت نظام سیاسی هر جامعه تلقی می‏شود. مشارکت سیاسی تحت تاثیر عوامل  مختلف است. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی مقایسه‌ای مشارکت سیاسی مردم شهر کاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی و شورای شهر تا سال 1396 می‌باشد. وجود تفاوت میان مشارکت سیاسی مردم شهر کاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی و شورای شهر، فرضیه پژوهش است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است و جمع آوری داده ها به دو روش کمی و کیفی صورت گرفته است. به استناد داده های توصیفی و نظری و با بهره گیری از مدل نظری ترکیبی، فرضیه موصوف مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. سپس فرضیات با استفاده از پرسشنامه و نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 18 آزمون گردید. مقایسه بر اساس دو محور احزاب و هویت محلی و قومی و پرسش های مرتبط با این محورها و شاخص های آن ها صورت گرفت. بین مدل نظری با توصیفات آماری پیوند برقرار گردید. شواهد پژوهش حاکی از آن است مشارکت سیاسی مردم شهر کاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی تحت تاثیر احزاب و انتخابات شورای شهر تحت تاثیر مسائل قومی و روابط قبیله گی و محلی است.

political participation of the people of kashmar in the elections of the islamic consultative assembly and the city council: a comparative study of the elections of the islamic consultative assembly and the city council until 2017

participation or lack of participation of citizens is considered as one of the most important criteria for the legitimacy of the political system of each society. political participation is influenced by various factors. political awareness, the propaganda of candidates and political groups, the social and political standing of candidates and their personal characteristics and their supporters influence the level of political participation of citizens in different elections. in discussions related to the analysis of voter behavior, people’s motivating factors for participating in elections and the question of what factors lead voters to decide to vote for a particular party or person are emphasized.this research seeks to   a comparative study   about the political participation of the people of kashmar city in elections to the islamic parliament and the city council. for this purpose, a questionnaire and the spss software version 18 were used to test the hypotheses. evidence of the research shows that, there is a meaningful relationship between the political participation of kashmar people in the islamic parliamentary elections and the city council elections. also, the political participation of the people of kashmar in the islamic parliamentary elections is influenced by the parties. and the city council elections are influenced by tribal issues and tribal and local relationships.
