بررسی موانع سیاسی تحقق ظرفیت‌های ژئواکونومیک سواحل مکران

این پژوهش با بررسی ظرفیت‌های ژئواکونومیک سواحل مکران، به تبیین موانع سیاسی تحقق ظرفیت‌های ژئواکونومیک می‌پردازد. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از نظریه انزوای ژئوپولتیکی ترکیبی بیان می‌دارد که وضعیت کنونی اقتصادی، سیاسی ایران و عدم توسعه، نتیجه‌ تنش‌های میان ایران و جامعه جهانی، کاهش یا قطع روابط بین‌المللی و نتیجتاً کاهش تعاملات اقتصادی  با سایر عناصر سیستم جهانی و برخی عناصر به ویژه تحریم‌های بین‌المللی، فشارهایی را وارد نموده که بسترهایی برای کاهش سطح تعاملات با ایران توسط برخی عناصر سیستم جهانی را فراهم کرده است. سوال اصلی که اساس این پژوهش قرار گرفته این‌ست که به‌رغم ظرفیت‌های فراوان ژئواکونومیکی و ژئوپولیتیکی سواحل مکران برای توسعه، مهم‌ترین  موانع سیاسی تحقق این ظرفیت‌ها در این سواحل و این ناحیه چیست؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که این موانع سیاسی عبارتند از: وجود تحریم‌ها، عدم ورود سرمایه‌گذاران، عدم وجود درآمد ملی بدلیل وابستگی دولت به نفت، توسعه نامتوازن و شکاف مرکز پیرامون، قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای و ایجاد بی‌ثباتی. روش تحقیق  پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، بصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، اینترنتی انجام می‌گیرد.

this study, by examining the geo-economic capacities of makran beaches, explains the political obstacles to the realization of geo-economic capacities. using the theory of combined geopolitical isolation, this study states that the current economic and political situation in iran and underdevelopment are the result of tensions between iran and the international community, reduction or severance of international relations and consequently reduced economic interactions with other elements of the global system and some elements in particular. international sanctions have put pressure on some elements of the global system to reduce the level of interaction with iran. the main question that is the basis of this research is that despite the abundant geoeconomic and geopolitical capacities of makran beaches for development, what are the most important political obstacles to the realization of these capacities in these beaches and this area? findings show that these political barriers are: sanctions, lack of investment, lack of national income due to government dependence on oil, unbalanced development and peripheral center gap, supra-regional powers, and instability. research method due to the nature of the subject, the research is done descriptively-analytically using library resources, the internet
