تاثیر سیاست خارجی چین بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه خلیج فارس

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی سیاست خارجی چین بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه خلیج فارس است. در همین راستا سوالی که مطرح می شود این است: سیاست خارجی چین از چه جهاتی می تواند امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد؟ یافته ها نشان دهنده آن است که سیاست خارجی چین در منطقه خلیج فارس، تحت تاثیر چشم انداز سیاسی و اقتصادی این کشور برای مقابله با هژمونی امریکا است. برای نیل به این هدف، کسب بازارهای انرژی و تجاری بین المللی از جمله منطقه خلیج فارس حائز اهمیت است. پیوستن ایران به سازمان همکاری شانگهای، مقابله با تهدیدات تروریستی در منطقه خلیج فارس، حمایت از محور مقاومت از جمله در سوریه، بخش مهمی از تاثیرات همسویی سیاست خارجی چین با ایران در منطقه خلیج فارس است. تعامل سیاست خارجی ایران و چین از حیث نهادگرایی در قالب نهاد کشورهای عضو همکاری شانگهای قابل توجه است.  روش مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی و تحلیلی و چارچوب نظری پژوهش رویکرد امنیت مشارکتی است.

The Impact of China’s Foreign Policy on the National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Persian Gulf Region

The purpose of this study is to examine China’s foreign policy on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Persian Gulf region. In this regard, the question that arises is: In what ways can China’s foreign policy affect the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings show that China’s foreign policy in the Persian Gulf region is influenced by its political and economic prospects for countering US hegemony. To achieve this goal, gaining international energy and trade markets, including the Persian Gulf region, is important. Iran’s accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, countering terrorist threats in the Persian Gulf region, supporting the axis of resistance, including in Syria, are an important part of the effects of China’s foreign policy alignment with Iran in the Persian Gulf region. The foreign policy interaction between Iran and China in terms of institutionalism in the form of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is significant. The method of the present study is descriptive and analytical and the theoretical framework of the research is the participatory security approach.
