نقش سازمان‌های مردم نهاد در جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان سرپرست خانواده (با تاکید بر استان آذربایجان شرقی)

نگرش و مشارکت سیاسی (به‌عنوان ابعاد جامعه پذیری سیاسی) زنان، نقش بسزائی در توسعه و نوسازی هر کشوری دارد. در این میان استفاده از ظرفیت و پتانسیل سازمان‌های مردم نهاد (سمن ها) می تواند یکی از راه‌های بهبود مشارکت و جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان باشد. براین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سازمان‌های مردم نهاد در جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان سرپرست خانواده (باتاکید براستان آذربایجان شرقی) تدوین شده است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی و از نظر روش اجرا، پیمایشی است. جامعه اماری پژوهش کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار عضو سمن های فعال در حوزه زنان استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد که سازمان‌های مردم نهاد در جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان سرپرست خانواده استان آذربایجان شرقی نقش مثبت و معنادار داشته اند. در جمع بندی کلی می توان گفت سمن های فعال در حوزه حمایت از زنان سرپرست خانوار می توانند نقش تاثیرگذاری در افزایش توانمندی‌های زنان و در نتیجه جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان و در نتیجه افزایش مشارکت سیاسی آنان داشته باشند.

The role of non-governmental organizations in the political socialization of women heads of households (with emphasis on East Azerbaijan province)

Women’s political attitudes and participation (as dimensions of political socialization) play an important role in the development and modernization of any country. Meanwhile, using the capacity and potential of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can be one of the ways to improve women’s participation and political socialization. Based on this, the present study has been compiled with the aim of investigating the role of non-governmental organizations in the political socialization of female-headed households (with emphasis on East Azerbaijan Province). The research is descriptive-correlational and in terms of implementation method, it is a survey. The statistical population of the study was all women heads of households who were members of active groups in the field of women in East Azerbaijan province. Using Cochran’s formula, 384 people were selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that NGOs have played a positive and significant role in the political socialization of women heads of households in East Azerbaijan province. In summary, it can be said that active groups in the field of support for women heads of households can play an effective role in increasing the capabilities of women and as a result of women’s political socialization and thus increase their political participation.
