تحلیل روان شناختی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی امام خمینی (ره) بر اساس نظریه بزرگمرد در رویارویی با مسئله فلسطین

مطالعه در سبک رهبری امام خمینی (ره) از منظر تئوری رهبری، امکان شناخت شخصیت این رهبر مقتدر سیاسی که منجر به تحقق انقلاب اسلامی ایران شد را فراهم می‌کند. بر اساس مهمترین فرضیه پژوهش حاضر، میتوان ویژگی‌های شخصیتی امام خمینی را بر اساس نظریه بزرگمرد که به صورت شفاف و با جزییات کامل ویژگی‌های یک رهبر عالی را تعریف کرده است؛ تحلیل نمود. بنابراین، این مطالعه در صدد است به کمک نظریه بزرگمرد به تحلیل روانشناختی صفات و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی امام خمینی بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای بنیادی اکتشافی و از دیدگاه پارادایمی کیفی است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است و گردآوری داده‌ها به شکل کتابخانه‌ای از منابع  متعدد و به روش فیش برداری انجام شده است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد، مولفه‌های اخلاقی و شخصیتی امام خمینی(ره) نظیر شجاعت، خوشبینی، روشنفکری، قدرت تعقل و درایت، خلاقیت، جذب اعتماد مردمی، نظم و زمانبندی هدفمند، از خود گذشتگی، عدالت، صداقت، خویشتنداری و جامعیت شخصیت، ایشان را به عنوان الگوی بزرگمرد تاریخ به جهانیان معرفی کرده است که در برخورد با مسئله فلسطین خود را نشان می‌دهد.

Psychological analysis of Imam Khomeini’s personality traits based on the great man’s theory in dealing with the Palestinian issue

Studying the leadership style of Imam Khomeini (ra) from the perspective of leadership theory, makes it possible to know the personality of this powerful political leader who led to the realization of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Based on the most important hypothesis of the present study, it is possible to define the personality traits of Imam Khomeini based on the theory of a great man who has clearly and in full detail defined the characteristics of a great leader; Analyzed. Therefore, this study intends to use psychological theory to analyze the psychological traits and personality traits of Imam Khomeini. The present study is a fundamental exploratory study from a qualitative paradigm perspective. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the data were collected in the form of a library from various sources and by the method of taking fish. The results of the present study show that the moral and personality components of Imam Khomeini (ra) such as courage, optimism, intellectualism, intellect, creativity, attracting public trust, purposeful order and timing, self-sacrifice, justice, honesty, self-control and comprehensiveness of personality , Has introduced him to the world as a great role model of history who shows himself in dealing with the issue of Palestine.
