تاثیر رابطه نخبگان سیاسی حاکم و روشنفکران بر توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی پس از انقلاب اسلامی

تعامل و تقابل نخبگان سیاسی و روشنفکران نقش موثری در توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی جامعه دارد. تعامل و همسویی میان نخبگان سیاسی و روشنفکران و رشد نقادانه گفتمان روشنفکری و بهره گیری نخبگان سیاسی از ایده های روشنفکران یکی از مشخصه های دموکراسی ها به شمار می رود. این در حالی است که در ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی، عمدتاً روابط  نخبگان سیاسی و روشنفکران دارای چالش های فراوانی بوده است و همین امر نیز توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. این مقاله با طرح این سوال که روابط نخبگان سیاسی حاکم پس از انقلاب اسلامی از چه راه هایی بر روند توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی اثر گذاشته است، درصدد بررسی آسیب شناسانه روابط نخبگان سیاسی و روشنفکران است تا از این طریق راهی برای بهبود و توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی در چارچوب گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی پیدا کند. به زعم این مقاله، عدم درک روشنفکران از ارزش های بومی و سنتی جامعه ایرانی و در سوی مقابل، عدم تمایل نخبگان سیاسی به ورود روشنفکران به عرصه قدرت  از جمله عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی پس از انقلاب بوده است. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی است که به شیوه کتابخانه ای و اسنادی به گردآوری مطالب اقدام شده است.

The effect of the relationship between ruling political elites and intellectuals on the development of political culture after the Islamic Revolution

The interaction and confrontation of political elites and intellectuals has an effective role in the development of the political culture of the society. Interaction and alignment between political elites and intellectuals and the critical growth of intellectual discourse and the use of intellectual ideas by political elites is one of the hallmarks of democracies. However, in Iran after the Islamic Revolution, mainly the relations between political elites and intellectuals have had many challenges and this has also affected the development of political culture. This article seeks to pathologically examine the relationship between political elites and intellectuals in order to improve and develop culture by asking the question of how the relations of the ruling political elites after the Islamic Revolution affected the development of political culture. Find politics within the discourse of the Islamic Revolution. According to this article, the lack of intellectuals’ understanding of the indigenous and traditional values ​​of Iranian society and, on the other hand, the reluctance of political elites to bring intellectuals to power have been among the factors influencing the development of political culture after the revolution. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, which has been collected in a library and documentary manner.
