چالش های اعمال سازمان‌های بین‌المللی برای امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران از جهت تاثیرپذیری و تاثیرگذاری بر سازمان‌های بین المللی، دارای ابعاد خارجی نیز می‌باشد و از اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی نیز تاثیر می پذیرد.  پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی ارتباط میان اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی و امنیت ملی در ج.ا.ایران است. سوالی که مطرح می شود اینکه: اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی از چه طریقی بر امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران اثر می‌گذارد؟ پاسخی که می‌توان ارائه نمود این است که دولت های مختلف پس از انقلاب اسلامی هر کدام تفسیر خاصی از جایگاه سازمان‌های بین المللی ارائه داده اند که به نوبه خود بر امنیت ملی ج. ا.ایران نیز اثرگذار است. دو رویکرد ضدیت و تعامل با اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی از مهم ترین رویکردهای موجود پس از انقلاب اسلامی به شمار می روند. ضمن اینکه ج.ا.ایران به دلایلی همچون تعریفی جدید از حقوق و مسوولیت ها، سیاست ورزی و حکومت داری و همچنین گرایش فرامرزی به مسائل انسانی و جهانی، اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی را با رویکرد انتقادی و احتیاطی دنبال می‌کند که نشانگر عدم تعریف از امنیت ملی و عدم وحدت نظر در ارتباط با اعمال سازمان‌های بین المللی است. هرچند رویکرد انتقادی نسبت به این سازمان‌ها نشانگر رویکرد متمایز و جدیدی است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و بهره گیری از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه ای است.

Challenges of the actions of international organizations for the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran has external dimensions in terms of its impact on international organizations and is also influenced by the actions of international organizations. The present study seeks to investigate the relationship between the actions of international organizations and national security in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The question that arises is: How do the actions of international organizations affect the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The answer that can be provided is that different governments after the Islamic Revolution have each provided a specific interpretation of the position of international organizations, which in turn has a bearing on national security. Iran is also effective. The two approaches of opposition and interaction with the actions of international organizations are among the most important approaches after the Islamic Revolution. Meanwhile, for reasons such as a new definition of rights and responsibilities, policy-making and governance, as well as a cross-border approach to humanitarian and global issues, the Islamic Republic of Iran pursues the actions of international organizations with a critical and cautious approach. Indicates a lack of definition of national security and a lack of consensus regarding the actions of international organizations. However, a critical approach to these organizations indicates a different and new approach. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and using documentary and library resources.
