اپیدمی جهانی کرونا و تاثیر آن بر حاکمیت ملی در ایران

موضوع مقاله، بررسی تاثیر اپیدمی کرونا بر حاکمیت ملی در ایران می‌باشد. سئوال پژوهش این است که اپیدمی کرونا چه تاثیری بر حاکمیت ملی ایران دارد؟ فرضیه اصلی تحقیق این است کرونا در بعد حقوقی به تقویت حاکمیت  ملی و ناسیونالیسم و تغییر گروه‌های مرجع در ایران منجر می‌شود. روش تحقیق در این مقاله، کیفی از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است و شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای است.  نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد اپیدمی کرونا به تقویت حاکمیت دولت-ملت  انجامیده است. وضعیت پاندمیک می‌تواند به تقویت حاکمیت ملی و ملی گرایی منجر شود. بدین ترتیب که سیاست‌های دولتها از جمله ایران همچون کنترل مهاجرت، مهار جابجایی جمعیت در داخل، سیاست‌های اقتصادی حمایتگرایانه و ... نشان از اتکا به خود و ناامیدی از نهادهای بین المللی و همکاری‌های دولتی دارد. تکیه بر دستاوردهای داخلی، در پیش گرفتن سیاست‌های ملی و تغییر جایگاه پزشکان به عنوان گروه‌های مرجع جدید می‌تواند نمونه‌ای از تشدید ملی گرایی در کشور تفسیر شود.

The global corona epidemic and its impact on national sovereignty in Iran

The subject of this article is the study of the impact of the Corona epidemic on national sovereignty in Iran. The research question is what effect does the corona epidemic have on Iran’s national sovereignty? The main hypothesis of the research is that the corona in the legal dimension leads to the strengthening of national sovereignty and nationalism and the change of reference groups in Iran. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library. The results of the research show that the corona epidemic has strengthened the sovereignty of the nation-state. A pandemic situation can strengthen national sovereignty and nationalism. Thus, the policies of governments such as Iran, such as immigration control, curbing population movement, protectionist economic policies, etc. show self-reliance and frustration with international institutions and government cooperation. Relying on domestic achievements, adopting national policies and changing the position of physicians as new reference groups can be interpreted as an example of the intensification of nationalism in the country.
