نقش فضای مجازی در توسعه سیاسی در ایران براساس نظریه کنش ارتباطی هابرماس

نظریه کنش ارتباطی هابرماس که ناظر بر شکل گیری فضای عمومی است به صورت یک وضعیت ایده‌آل در توسعه سیاسی در نظر گرفته می‌شود. شکل گیری وضعیت ایده آل گفت‌و‌گو و به هم خوردن نظم سیاسی پیشین ناشی از کنش ارتباطی سنتی بستری است که می‌تواند بر شاخص‌های توسعه سیاسی در جوامع، یعنی نقش جامعه در ساخت قدرت سیاسی، مشارکت اجتماعی و آزادی‌های فردی تاثیرگذار باشد. در این رابطه توسعه فضای مجازی مثابه ساختار ارتباطی جدید نقش مهمی در توسعه سیاسی دارد. هدف از مقاله حاضر، بررسی نقش فضای مجازی به عنوان زمینه جدید کنش ارتباطی بر توسعه سیاسی از گذر نظریه کنش ارتباطی هابرماس است. این مقاله با بررسی دیدگاه هابرماس در خصوص حوزه عمومی به عنوان نقطه عزیمت نظریه کنش ارتباطی نقش آن را  بر شاخص‌های سه گانه توسعه سیاسی در بستر فضای مجازی تحلیل کرده و با روش توصیفیتحلیلی به این نتیجه دست یافته که با توسعه فضای مجازی کنش ارتباطی و فضای عمومی هابرماس از حالت ایده الیستی خارج شده و شکل گیری آن و تاثیرگذاری نقش جامعه در ساخت قدرت سیاسی و افزایش مشارکت اجتماعی و آزادی فردی در قالب رخ دادهای اجتماعی امکان پذیر است که در توسعه سیاسی جوامع نقش موثری دارد.

The role of cyberspace in political development in Iran based on Habermas theory of communication action

Habermas’s theory of communicative action that governs the formation of the public sphere is considered to be an ideal situation in political development. The formation of the ideal state of dialogue and disruption of the former political order is the result of traditional communication practices that can influence the indicators of political development in societies, namely the role of society in building political power, social participation, and individual freedoms. In this respect, the development of cyberspace as a new communication structure plays an important role in political development. The purpose of the present paper is to examine the role of cyberspace as a new context of communication action on political development through the passage of Habermas’s theory of communication action. This article analyzes Habermas’s view of the public sphere as the starting point of communicative action theory and analyzes its role on the three indices of political development in the context of cyberspace, and concludes with a descriptiveanalytic approach that with cyberspace development Habermas’s communication and public space have gone from idealistic to shaping and influencing the role of society in building political power and enhancing social participation and individual freedom through possible social.
