نقش سازه مفهومی‌لیبرالیسم در صورتبندی گفتمان اصلاحات در ایران؛ رویکردی انتقادی

این پژوهش به بررسی نقش سازه مفهومی‌لیبرالیسم در شکل گیری و صورت بندی گفتمان اصلاحات در ایران طی سال های 1376 تا 1384  از منظری انتقادی می پردازد. سوال اساسی که مطرح می شود این است که نقش سازه مفهومی‌لیبرالیسم در شکل گیری و تداوم گفتمان اصلاحات در ایران تا چه اندازه موثر بوده است؟ فرضیه اساسی پژوهش حاضر این است که گفتمان اصلاحات در برخی موضوعات همانند حاکمیت قانون، جامعه مدنی، مردمسالاری، حقوق شهروندی و آزادی های مدنی تحت تاثیر آموزه های لیبرالیسم در غرب بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هرچند گفتمان اصلاحات در برخی زمینه ها با موفقیت هایی همراه بوده است، اما به دلیل وجود خرده گفتمان های آزادی، حقوق برابر، مردمسالاری دینی و حاکمیت قانون در متن آموزه های انقلاب اسلامی‌نتوانست گفتمان متفاوتی از انقلاب اسلامی‌ایران تولید و به جامعه ایرانی عرضه کند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفیتحلیلی است و فیش برداری به روش کتابخانه ای انجام شده است.

The role of the conceptual framework of liberalism in formulating the reform discourse in Iran; a critical approach

This research, from a critical perspective, examines the role of conceptual structure of liberalism in shaping and formulating the reform discourse in Iran. In particular, the meaning of the reform is discourse of President Mohammad Khatami that it is in during the period from 1997 to 2005. In this period, a new discourse titled Reforms was introduced into Iran’s political and social literature. The basic question, that arises here, is that: How much did it affect The role of the conceptual framework of liberalism in shaping and continuing the reform discourse in Iran? The basic hypothesis of the present research is that the discourse of reform in some areas, such as rule of law, civil society, democracy, civil rights and civil liberties, have been influenced by the teachings of liberalism in the West. The results of the research showed that although the reform discourse has been accompanied by significant success in some areas, but However, due to the existence of free subjectdiscourses, equal rights, religious democracy and the rule of law, in the text of the teachings of the Islamic Revolution, they could not produce a different discourse of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and would provide it to the Iranian society.
