اسلام سلفی افراط‌گرا و شکل‌گیری منطقه‌گرایی نوین در خاورمیانه؛ انقلاب اسلامی ایران و فرآیند منطقه‌گرایی نوین

جهان گونه‌ای جدید از نظم منطقه‌ای را تجربه می‌کند که ثبات و امنیت در قالب نظم‌های منطقه‌ای تعریف می‌شود. لذا جهان آینده جهان مناطق است. مسائل واقعی نظام بین‌الملل بیشتر جهانی است، و نظام امنیت جهانی برای مواجهه با مسائل پیچیده و نقاط حساس جهان، فاقد کارایی لازم است. بنابراین، منطقه‌گرایی نوین می‌تواند راهبردی برای مدیریت منطقه‌ای مسائل جهانی باشد. افراط گرایی و تروریسم جدید، مهم‌ترین رویداد منطقه خاورمیانه است که شرایط را برای رشد منطقه‌گرایی نوین در این منطقه فراهم خواهد کرد. زیرا کشورهای منطقه مسئولیت بیشتری برای اداره و حل و فصل مناقشات بر عهده خواهند گرفت. این پژوهش بر این باور است که برای حل و فصل چالش‌های جهانی شده خاورمیانه، منطقه‌گرایی نوین به کمک نظام بین‌الملل و امنیت جهانی خواهد آمد و قدرت‌های منطقه نیز بر منطقه‌گرایی تمرکز بیشتری خواهند داشت. مولفه‌های قدرت ایران نیز به گونه‌ای است که به این کشور نقش ممتازی در مسائل منطقه‌ای می‌دهد. پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، ایران به عنوان یک قدرت منطقه‌ای، نگاه به منطقه‌گرایی را در سیاست خارجی خود اولویت داده است. زیرا تمرکز بر منطقه‌گرایی به نفع امنیت و منافع ملی ایران در بلند مدت است.

Extremist radical Islam and new regionalism in the Middle East; Islamic revolution of Iran and the process of regionalism

The world is experiencing a new form of regional order that security and stability are defined in the framework of regional orders. Therefore, the future world will be the world of regions. On the other hand, the real issues of the international system are mostly global, and world security system lacks necessary efficiency to deal with complicated issues and sensitive areas of the world. Therefore, new regionalism can be a strategy for regional management of global issues. Generally, a political event causes formation of a region. The globalization of the security of the Middle East due to extremism and new terrorism is the most important event in the Middle East that will provide the conditions to raise new regionalism in this region, because countries of the region should assume greater responsibility to manage and resolve conflicts. This study argues that the new regionalism is going to assist the international system and global security to resolve global challenges in the Middle East and Regional powers also will focus on regionalism. Component of Iran’s power is such that it gives this country a unique role in regional issues. Iran as a regional power, gives priority to regionalism in her foreign policy. Because, focusing on regionalism is in favor of Iran’s security and national interests in the long term.
