رسالت و کارکرد«اعتلا بخشی» حکومت از منظر امام خمینی(ره)

حکومت به عنوان عالی‌ترین نهاد حاکمیت و مسئول قدرت درجوامع بشری متناسب با رسالت و اهدافی که می پذیرد، نقشی موثر در تمامی ابعاد زندگی انسان ها ایفا می کند؛ همین امر سبب گردیده تا به اصلی‌ترین محور اندیشه ورزی در میان تمام اندیشمندان سیاسی تبدیل گردد. امام خمینی(ره) بر مبنای مکتب اسلام و تعالیم آن به نظریه پردازی در حوزه سیاست و حکومت پرداخته و با تکیه برجهان نگری اسلامی، اهداف، رسالت و نقش و کارکرد حکومت اسلامی یا حکومت مطلوب خویش را بیان نموده است. بر این مبنا پرسش این نوشتار این است که در منظر امام خمینی مهم‌ترین رسالت و نقش یا کار ویژه حکومت و دولت در جامعه چیست؟ در ارتباط با این پرسش با رویکرد توصیفیتحلیلی و بر مبنای داده‌های معرفتی کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی مطرح در حوزه اندیشه امام خمینی در می‌یابیم که او بر اساس نگرش شیعی امامی همه چیز را در راستای تربیت و ساختن انسان و رساندن او به کمال و سعادت می داند و لذا از این منظر برترین غایت، نقش و رسالت حکومت و دولت را بر مبنای نگرش فضیلت گرایی، اعتلای انسان‌ها در راستای رساندن آنها به کمال و سعادت عنوان می کند. امام خمینی(ره) در عمل نیز با معماری نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به دنبال تحقق چنین رسالتی در قالب حکومت مطلوب خویش بود تا به وسیله آن انسان‌ها را به عنوان خلیفه خداوند به کمال انسانی خویش برساند.

Mission and function of Government prosperity at perspective of Imam Khomeini

Government as the Highest Institution of the sovereignty in Human societies, according to its mission and goals, plays an effective role in all aspects of human life. Hence, Government has become the main axis in thinking among all political thinkers. According to Islam and its teachings, Imam Khomeini has theorized on Politics and Government. Relying on the Islamic worldview, He has stated the goals, mission and the role of Islamic government or his favorite governance. On this basis, from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini, the article question is:  What is the most important mission and role or function of state and government in a society? In connection with this question we find, with an approach based on descriptive analytical and knowledge Documentary data Proposed in the ideas of Imam Khomeini, he, Based on his Shi’ite’s attitude, considers all the things in line with education and bring human to perfection. Therefore, from this perspective, the ultimate purpose, role and mission of state and government, on the basis of virtue, is promotion of humans in line with bring them to perfection and prosperity. Imam Khomeini, The founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, also seeks to fulfill this mission in the form of his favorable government through it, brings humans as Caliph of God to his human perfection..
