پیامدهای استانی شدن حوزه‌های انتخابیه مجلس شورای اسلامی ایران (با استفاده ازنظریه داده بنیاد)

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی پیامدهای استانی شدن انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی است. روش پژوهش مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد است. هفتاد مصاحبه‌ انجام‌شده نمایندگان مجلس، مقامات اجرایی و متخصصان دانشگاهی با رسانه‌ها و اسناد و گزارش های مرتبط با استانی شدن انتخابات مجلس در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کد گذاری محوری و کد گذاری انتخابی، تحلیل شده اند. روش نمونه گیری، نمونه گیری نظری است و همه مصاحبه‌ها برای دستیابی به اشباع تئوریک وارد تحلیل شده اند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، پیامدهای استانی شدن انتخابات مجلس در پنج مقوله سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سازمانی تشکیلاتی و حقوقی قانونی دسته بندی شده است. رابطه بین این مقولات تبیین شده و نتایج پژوهش با پژوهش های قبلی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است.

The consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament of Islamic republic of Iran (By using of Grounded theory)

This research aims to study the consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament of Islamic republic of Iran. The method used in the current research was based on the Grounded theory. The 70 interviews of parliament’s member, political activists, executives, university specialists, and some related documents have analyzed in three coding steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Sampling method is theoretical sampling and all interviews have been analyzed to achieve theoretical saturation. The research findings suggest that the consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament are categorized in five themes, political, economic, social, organizational and legal consequences.
