میراث معماری معاصر و هویّت صنعتی در محدوده‌های تاریخی (نمونة موردی: شهر دزفول)

میراث معماری صنعتی به عنوان یکی از زیر شاخه‌های میراث معماری معاصر، پدیده‌ای نوظهور و حاصل صنعتی شدن جهان در اواسط قرن نوزدهم است که نمایندة فرهنگ، شرایط تاریخی، روش‌ها و تکنولوژی‌ و دستاوردهای هر جامعه است. چگونگی برخورد با میراث معماری صنعتی و حفاظت آن به یکی از دغدغه‌های جهانی تبدیل‌ شده است. نشانه‌های این امر را می‌توان در تشکیل نهادهای بین‌المللی در شناخت و روش‌شناسی حفاظت جست و جو کرد. یکی از پیش‌نیازهای حفاظت میراث معماری صنعتی شناخت و درک جایگاه آن است. حفاظت صحیح از میراث معماری صنعتی نیازمند شناخت درست در مقیاس کلان و بازشناسی ارزش‌های آن در مقیاس منطقه‌ای است. نمونه‌های میراث معماری صنعتی، مکان‌یابی در نقاط واجد کیفیّت شهر و انعطاف‌پذیری نقشه‌ها و به خصوص مدولار بودن ساختار آن، برای تغییر کاربری و استفاده به عنوان مراکز خدمات عمومی و شهری، از قابلیّت بالایی برخوردار هستند. یکی از مهم‌ترین ارزش‌هایی که می‌توان میراث صنعتی و فناوری های نوین معماری در هر منطقه متصوّر شد نقش آن در هویّت معماری منطقه است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی نقش میراث معماری صنعتی در هویّت معماری شهرهای تاریخی است. نمونة مورد بررسی مکینه آردی (کارخانه تولید آرد) در محله صحرابدر مشرقی دزفول است که در حال حاضر به راسته ‌بازار تبدیل ‌شده است. متغیّری که به‌منظور تعریف هویّت معماری بررسی ‌شده، استفاده از مکینه آردی به عنوان نشانه برای آدرس‌دهی افراد محلّه است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، پیمایش و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. جمعیّت آماری مورد بررسی افراد بالای 55 سال ساکن محلّه صحرابدر مشرقی (محله‌ای که میراث صنعتی در آن واقع است) نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که با توجّه به متغیّر انتخابی برای تعریف هویّت در سطح منطقه، میراث معماری صنعتی به عنوان یکی از زیر شاخه‌های معماری معاصر، نقش غیر قابل انکاری در هویّت معماری شهری دارد و موجب بهبود شرایط محدوده‌های تاریخی از این منظر خواهد بود.

Contemporary Architectural Heritage and Industrial Identity in Historic Districts, Case Study: Dezful

Industrial heritage as a relatively recent phenomenon is the production of mid20th century. The industrial heritage represents the culture, historical situation, processes, technologies and outstanding achievements of each region. Based on the value of contemporary architecture, It is necessary to protect them. Nowadays, the protection of industrial heritage has become an international challenge. One of the prerequisites of the protection of industrial heritage is recognizing their value and their position. Proper protection of industrial heritage needs to study and deep understanding it in a large scale and recognition of the value of the heritage for conservation process, in a regional scale. However, these kind of buildings, due to the largescale, locating in the proper point of the city, flexible plans (due to the modular structure) etc. have a great ability to transform into various functions, specially public and urban services. One of the most important values that can be imagined for industrial heritage, is architectural identity of the region. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the effect of this types of structures through survey survey.The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of the industrial heritage on architectural identity in historic cities. The case study was selected by purpose Dezful and “The MAKINEH of Flour” of Dezful, which now has become the mainstream of bazaar. The variable which is used in order to define local identity, is using this element in address, which the residents giving to someone else to mention the accurate location of specific place, near the “MAKINEH”. The statistical population are selected from among people who lives in eastern sahrabedar mahallah. The results of the paper shows that the industrial heritage has the value of architectural and urban identity in local level. The results indicate significance of comprehensive approach toward reunderstanding and redevelopment of contemporary buildings and industrial heritage sites.
