ارزشیابی اثربخشی دوره های مهارت افزایی دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی تهران بر اساس مدل کرک پاتریک

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی دوره‌های مهارت افزایی دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بر اساس مدل پاتریک بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفیپیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی می باشند که ازتعداد 550 نفر از آن ها، 326 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تعداد دوره های آموزشی برگزار شده، 30 دوره آموزشی بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خندان (1392) می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در سطح واکنش دوره های مربی گری مهدکودک و نرم افزار کامفار پیشرفته بقیه دوره ها تاثیر مثبت داشتند. بالاترین میانگین در میانگین های مشاهده شده مربوط به دوره مربیگری اتیسم و پایین ترین میانگین ها مربوط به دوره های نرم افزار کامفار پیشرفته بود. در واکنش به محتوا و نسبت به تجهیزات در دوره‌های حسابداری حقوق و دستمزد، فتوشاپ، تهیه گزارشات فصلی و اظهارنامه مالیاتی عملکرد و دوره کمک های اولیه منفی و واکنش شرکت کنندگان نسبت به تجهیزات در سایر دوره‌های آموزشی مهارت افزایی مثبت بود. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده و با توجه به بالاتر بودن میانگین نمرات مشاهده شده از میانگین نظری (مقدار متوسط 3)، میزان یادگیری شرکت کنندگان در تمامی دوره‌های آموزشی مهارت افزایی مثبت می‌باشد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده و با توجه به بالاتر بودن میانگین نمرات مشاهده شده از میانگین نظری (مقدار متوسط 3)، تغییرات رفتاری شرکت کنندگان در تمامی دوره‌های آموزشی مهارت افزایی مثبت می‌باشد. با توجه به بالاتر بودن میانگین نمرات مشاهده شده از میانگین نظری (مقدار متوسط 3)، نتیجه گرفته می‌شود میزان تاثیر تمامی دوره‌های آموزشی مهارت افزایی در رفع مشکلات موجود سازمان و تحقق اهداف سازمانی مثبت می‌باشد. در نتیجه مدیران دوره های مهارت آموزی در دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی تهران باید با پایش و آسیب شناسی دوره هایی که دارای اثربخشی لازم نبوده اند نسبت به افزایش کیفیت و تغییرات بر اساس آسیب شناسی اقدام کنند.

Psychometric properties of psychological playfulness questionnaire

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of skill development courses for Allameh Tabatabai University students based on Patrick model. The method of this research is descriptivesurvey. The statistical population of this study includes all students of Allameh Tabatabaei University, of which 550, 326 were selected using Morgan table and simple random sampling. The number of training courses held was 30 training courses. The research tools include the Smiling Questionnaire (2013). Data were analyzed using onesample ttest. The results showed that the rest of the courses had a positive effect on the reaction level of kindergarten coaching courses and advanced Kamfar software. The highest mean of the observed means was related to the autism coaching course and the lowest mean was related to the advanced KAMFAR software courses. In response to the content and equipment in the payroll accounting courses, Photoshop, quarterly reporting and performance tax returns and the negative first aid course and participants’ reaction to the equipment in other skills training courses were positive. Based on the obtained results and due to the fact that the average score observed is higher than the theoretical average (average value 3), the learning rate of participants in all skills training courses is positive. Due to the fact that the average score observed is higher than the theoretical average (average value 3), it is concluded that the effectiveness of all skills training courses in solving the existing problems of the organization and achieving organizational goals is positivedid not have the necessary effectiveness.
