ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه شخصیتی هگزاکو-24 سوالی در دانشجویان

زمینه: در دو دهه اخیر بیان شده است که مدل شش عامل شخصیت (هگزاکو) تبیین کاملی از ساختار شخصیت ارائه می‌دهد؛ لذا ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌های هگزاکو در پژوهشهای رفتاری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه شخصیتی هگزاکو در دانشجویان انجام گرفت. روش: کلیه‌ دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 1393 جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. تعداد 370 دانشجو (211 پسر، 159دختر) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها در محل کلاس‌ و به صورت انفرادی به پرسش‌نامه‌های شخصیتی هگزاکو24 سوالی، جهت‌گیری زندگی، سلامت عمومی و پرسش‌نامه پنج عاملی شخصیت پاسخ دادند. داده‌های بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، t برای گروه‌های مستقل و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای 21spss و لیزرل8.8 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 6 عامل با مقادیر ویژه بیش‌تر از یک را آشکار کرد که در مجموع 75.20 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین می‌کردند. شاخص‌های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز دلالت بر برازش مطلوب مدل سه عاملی این پرسش‌نامه داشت. نتایج ضریب همبستگی ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری بین اکثر خرده مقیاس‌های هگزاکو با پنج عاملی شخصیت به خصوص وظیفه‌شناسی آشکار کرد. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای خرده مقیاس‌های هگزاکو نیز در دامنه 0.78 تا 0.94 بدست آمد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که این پرسش‌نامه از روایی و پایایی نسبتاً خوبی جهت استفاده در جمعیت‌های دانشجویی برخوردار است.

Psychometric Properties of Persian Version of Brief HEXACO Inventory in University Students

Background: In two current decades, it is posed that the six factor of personality (HEXACO( provide the comprehensive explanation of personality, thus construction and validating the HEXACO questionnaires is important. Aim: Giving the importance of six factor model of personality (HEXACO) in behavioral research. Method: this research was conducted in order to investigate psychometric properties of Persian version of brief HEXACO inventory in university students. The all students of university of Mohaghegh Ardabili in 2014 educational years comprised the statistic population of this study. three hundred and seventy students (211 male and 159 female) were selected Multistage cluster randomly, then participated in this research. The subjects responded individually to the questionnaires of brief HEXACO inventory, revised Life Orientation Test, GHQ12 and big five personality at classrooms. The gathers data were analyzed by tests of Pearson correlation, independent t, and explorative and confirmatory factor analyze using by SPSS21 and LISREL8.8 softwares. Results: The results of the explorative factor analyze showed the six factors with eigenvalue higher than 1, this 6 factor were explaining 75/20 % of variance together. Confirmatory factor analysis indicators also implied to the optimal fitness of threefactor model of this questionnaire. The results of the Pearson correlation showed the statistically significant correlation between brief HEXACO and big five subscales. The cronbach,s alpha coefficients for the subscales were obtaining ranging 0/780/94. Conclusion: Basing the results of this study, it can be conclude that brief HEXACO inventory scale has well validly and reliability for uses in university student’s populations.
