بررسی رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی با نگرش به ازدواج با توجه به نقش میانجی تنظیم شناختی هیجان

پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی نقش میانجی تنظیم شناختی هیجان در ارتباط بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و نگرش به ازدواج انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش پژوهش، همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان مجرد دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 بود که ازاین‌بین 310 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی بشارت (1384)، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران (2001) و پرسشنامه نگرش به ازدواج براتین و روزن (1998) جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزار amos-26 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد سبک دلبستگی ایمن با نگرش واقع‌گرایانه به ازدواج رابطه مثبت و سبک‌های دلبستگی اجتنابی و دوسوگرا با نگرش واقع‌گرایانه به ازدواج رابطه منفی و معناداری دارند. ارتباط مثبت معنادار بین راهبرد سازش یافته در تنظیم هیجان و نگرش واقع‌گرایانه به ازدواج مشاهده شد. همچنین راهبرد سازش نایافته با نگرش واقع‌گرایانه به ازدواج رابطه منفی معنادار و با نگرش بدبینانه به ازدواج رابطه مثبت معنادار داشت (0.01>p). همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد تنظیم شناختی هیجان در ارتباط بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با نگرش به ازدواج نقش میانجی دارد. به‌طورکلی، می‌توان گفت افرادی که دارای سبک دلبستگی ایمن هستند می‌توانند هیجانات خود را به‌درستی تنظیم کنند.

the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between attachment styles and attitudes towards marriage

this study aimed to investigate the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between attachment styles and attitudes towards marriage. this was an applied and correlational study based on structural equation modeling. the population of this study included all single young of isfahan uinversity; a total of 310 participants were selected using available sampling method. data were gathered using attachment style questionnaire (besharat, 2014), cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (garnevsky et al. 2001), and attitude toward marriage questionnaire (bratin and rosen, 1998), and were analyzed using structural equation modeling via amos-26 software. the results showed that secure attachment style has a positive relationship with realistic attitude towards marriage and avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles have a negative and significant relationship with realistic attitude towards marriage. a significant positive relationship was observed between the compromise strategy in emotion regulation and realistic attitude towards marriage. also, the uncompromising strategy had a significant negative relationship with the realistic attitude towards marriage and a significant positive relationship with the pessimistic attitude towards marriage (p<.01). also, the findings showed that cognitive emotion regulation plays a mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and attitudes towards marriage. in general, it can be said that people who have a secure attachment style can regulate their emotions properly and ultimately have a positive attitude towards marriage, which can be considered in premarital counseling.
