پدیدارشناسی تجربه زیسته زوجین با رضایت زناشویی بالا

رضایت زناشویی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین مولفه‌ها و عوامل تاثیرگذار در پایداری زندگی زناشویی قلمداد می‌گردد که نیازمند بررسی دقیق و عمیق آن می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پدیدارشناسی تجربه زیسته زوجین با رضایت زناشویی بالا، انجام شد. در این پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی با شیوه پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. جامعه مورد پژوهش زوجین با رضایت زناشویی بالا مراجعه کننده به یکی از مراکز مشاوره شهر قم بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بودکه با 12 زوج مصاحبه صورت گرفته و نمونه‌گیری به اشباع رسیده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری و با روش 7 مرحله‌ای کلایزی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. پس از تحلیل داده ها، 3 مضمون اصلی و 14 مضمون فرعی استخراج شدکه می‌تواند دلایلی بر رضایت زوجین از زندگی زناشویی شان باشد. زوجین داشتن مهارت‌هایی چون پذیرش و احترام به نظرات مخالف، نحوه حل مشکلات، ابراز عشق و علاقه، درک متقابل و حمایت، آزادی عمل، درک تفاوت های شخصیتی، مشورت با یکدیگر و احترام به علایق را از عوامل مهم و موثر بر داشتن رضایت بالا از زندگی مشترک شان می‌دانند. آنها همچنین به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی خود از جمله قانع بودن و احساس مسئولیت داشتن نیز در ایجاد این رضایت اشاره داشتند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده می‌توان از نتایج در راستای برنامه‌های آموزشی ارتقاء رضایت زناشویی زوجین بهره‌مند شد.

phenomenology of lived experience of couples with high marital satisfaction

marital satisfaction is considered as one of the most important components and influencing factors in the stability of married life, which requires detailed and deep investigation. the current research was conducted with the aim of phenomenology of the lived experience of couples with high marital satisfaction. in this research, a qualitative approach with phenomenological method was used. the research population was couples with high marital satisfaction who referred to one of the counseling centers in qom. sampling was targeted and 12 couples were interviewed and the sampling has reached saturation. the data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed with the 7-step method of colaizzi. after analyzing the data, 3 main themes and 14 secondary themes were extracted, which can be reasons for couples’ satisfaction with their married life. couples consider having skills such as accepting and respecting opposing opinions, how to solve problems, expressing love and affection, mutual understanding and support, freedom of action, understanding personality differences, consulting with each other, and respecting interests as important and effective factors in having satisfaction. they know about their life together. they also mentioned their personality traits, including being content and feeling responsible in creating this satisfaction. according to the obtained results, it is possible to benefit from the results in line with educational programs to improve the marital satisfaction of couples.
