نقش ویژگی های شخصیتی در مشاوره پیش از ازدواج و ازدواج پایدار

مشاوره پیش از ازدواج،رویکرد پیشگیرانه ی (برنامه روانی آموزشی)،مبتنی بر افزایش دانش و مهارت افراد درحرکت به سوی ازدواج موفق،باثبات و پردوام درمیان زوجین است. هدف پژوهش:تدوین و اعتبار یابی مدل مشاوره پیش از ازدواج برمبنای ویژگیهای شخصیتی است.روش پژوهش:رویکرد کیفی و براساس روش داده بنیاد انجام گرفته است.ابزار پژوهش،مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختار یافته ای بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. نمونهگیری به صورت هدفمند از20 نفر از مشاوران و روانشناسان مشاوره پیش ازازدواج در تهران که دارای حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری درحوزه خانواده و مشاوره پیش از ازدواج داشته و دارای مدرک دکترایا کارشناسی ارشد بودند،انجام گردید.تحلیل مصاحبه ها به شناسایی 63 کد باز و 10 کد محوری و کد انتخابی حرکت به سوی ازدواج سالم و پایدار منتهی شد. یافته‌ها: براساس الگوی پارادایمی یافته ها آنچه به عنوان عوامل موثر در مشاوره پیش از ازدواج بدست آمد،عبارت است از:نقش شرایط علی و عوامل مداخله گر در ازدواج پایدار. راهبردهای مستخرج از این پژوهش:تاکید بر تشابه و تناسب ویژگیهای شخصیتی در ازدواج، پذیرش جابجایی نقش های جنسیتی،همسانی و همگونی الگوی شناختی، رفتاری و هیجانی و آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بوده است، که مورد اخیر عامل پیشگیری از خسارت های روانی اجتماعی می باشد.از جمله پیامدهای این پژوهش، پیامد فردی:انتخاب درست وآگاهانه، پیامد زوجی: ازدواج سالم و پایدار، پیامد خانوادگی:سبک فرزند پروری موفق و پیامد اجتماعی:پیشگیری از طلاق بود. نتیجه‌گیری:نتیجه حاصل از رویکرد پیشگیرانه در مشاوره پیش از ازدواج،نوعی کمک به زوجین جهت توجه به عوامل موثر در ازدواج،با تکیه بر بررسی ویژگیهای شخصیتی خود و طرف مقابل است، که موجب پیشگیری از اتلاف سرمایه عمر و تداوم ازدواج می گردد.

the role of personality traits in premarital counseling and sustainable marriage

pre marriage consultation is a preventive approach (psychoeducational program), based on increase of knowledge and skill of people towards a successful, stable and viable marriage among couples. compilation and creditability of per marriage consultation model based on personality characteristics. it was based on qualitative approach and data based method. the research tool was a semi structured interview wich continued till reaching the theoretical saturation. the meaningful sampling was performed from 20 people of pre marriage consultation and psycholigists in tehran city. the analysis of interviews were led to identification of 63 open codes and 10 oriented code and selection code and moving towards a sound and stable marriage. based on the paradigmatic pattern of the findings, what was extracted as the effective factors of in premarital counseling is causal conditions and intervening factors played a role in a sustainable marriage. the strategies derived from this research, emphasis on the suitability and similarity of personality traits in marriage acceptance of gender roles similarity and homogeneity of cognitive, behavioral, emotional pattern training of skills, were the factors of preventing possible family and social damages. among the results of this research, the individual message: conscious and correct choice. matrimonial out com: healthy and sustainable marriage. social consequence: successful parenting and prevention of divarce. it can be concluded that due to the preventive nature of pre marriage counseling, especially checking the personality characteristics of oneself and the other party, they can prevent the loss of life capital and help the continuation of marriage.
