شناسایی نیازهای مشاوره ای والدین دانش آموزان دوره اول متوسطه به منظور تدوین بسته آموزشی و راهنمای اجرایی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نیازهای مشاوره ای والدین دانش آموزان دوره اول متوسطه به منظور تدوین بسته آموزشی و راهنمای اجرایی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی و از نظر روش، کیفی است. نمونه پژوهشی در مرحله اول شامل: مبانی نظری و مقالات پژوهشی مرتبط، و مرحله دوم شامل: والدین در دسترس به تعداد30 نفر تا حد اشباع است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها: دسته اول شامل: تمامی لغات و مضامین مرتبط برگرفته از پیشینه پژوهشی و دسته دوم شامل: متون و مضامین حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل: از نوع استقرایی «تحلیل نظام مند داده بنیاد»، که داده های حاصل از مطالعه متون فوق در قالب کدهای باز، مقوله ای و نظری به روش تحلیل محتوا کدگذاری شده اند. نیازها و مضامین استخراج شده در اختیار 5 ارزیاب خبره قرار گرفت که پس از ارائه برخی پیشنهادات، مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد: که مهم ترین نیازهای مشاوره ای والدین در چهار مولفه کلی به ترتیب شامل: نیازهای روانی – اجتماعی/ روانی – عاطفی/ شناختی – تحصیلی/ اخلاقی – معنوی قرار دارند و سه نمونه از مهم ترین نیازهای جزئی آنان به ترتیب شامل: افزایش مهارت خودآگاهی فرزندان، تنظیم و مدیریت هیجان، و ارتباط صحیح والد فرزندی می باشند، که در قالب بسته آموزشی و راهنمای اجرایی تدوین شد. نتیجه گیری: این بسته به عنوان پیشنهادات اجرایی و آموزشی می تواند خدمات مشاوره برای والدین و همچنین پیشرفت دانش آموزان را فراهم نماید، تا به نیازهای شان بصورت مناسب پاسخ دهد.

the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the counseling needs of parents of first year high school students in order to develop an educational package and executive guide. this research is fundamental and qualitative in terms of method.the research sample in the first stage includes: theoretical foundations and related research articles, and the second stage includes: 30 available parents until saturation. data collection tools: the first category includes: all related words and themes taken from the research background and the second category includes: texts and themes from semi structured interviews. analysis method: from the inductive type of systematic analysis of foundation data , the data obtained from the study of the above texts are coded in the form of open, categorical and theoretical codes using the content analysis method. the extracted needs and themes were provided to 5 expert and three examples of the most important minor needs of theirs include: increasing children’s self awareness skills, emotion regulation and management, and correct parent child communication, which was compiled in the form of an educational package and executive guide. evaluators, which were approved after presenting some suggestions. the findings showed. the most important counseling needs of parents are in four general components ,respectively: psychological social/psychological emotional/cognitive educational/moral spiritual needs. conclusion: this package as executive and educational suggestions can provide counseling services for parents as well as the progress of students, to respond to their needs appropriately.
