بررسی کیفی مشکلات روان شناختی - فرهنگی و اجتماعی اعتیاد به شبکه های مجازی و اینترنت بر روی روابط زناشویی زوجین شهر اصفهان

هدف پژوهش بررسی مشکلات روان شناختی - فرهنگی و اجتماعی اعتیاد به شبکه های مجازی و اینترنت بر روی روابط زناشویی زوجین شهر اصفهان بود که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که در طول کار با 14 نفر ( هفت زوج ) به مرحله اشباع رسید. مصاحبه ها ضبط و پیاده سازی و عبارات مهم با روش کلایزی کد گذاری، تحلیل و مشکلات روان شناختی - فرهنگی و اجتماعی مرتبط با شبکه هاى مجازى در دو طبقه مشکلات روان شناختی (شامل دو مقوله مشکلات رفتاری و مشکلات عاطفی –شناختی ) و طبقه فرهنگی - اجتماعی ( شامل 3 مقوله تغییر در سبک زندگی، انحطاط فرهنگی و تغییر ارزش های مذهبی) قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد وابستگی به شبکه های مجازی و اینترنت موجب مشکلات رفتاری شامل پرخاشگری، اهمال کاری و تکانشگری، مشکلات عاطفی –شناختی شامل افسردگی، اضطراب، وسواس فکری و عملی، فقدان همدلی و حساسیت بین فردی ، مقوله تغییر در سبک زندگی شامل اعتیاد به اینترنت، انزوای اجتماعی، مد پرستی، مشکلات شغلی و مالی، انحطاط فرهنگی شاملم گسست از هنجارها و فردیت باختگی فرهنگی و مقوله تغییر ارزش های مذهبی شاملتزلزل در ارزش های اخلاقی و مذهبی و انحراف از اززش ها می گردد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود استفاده درست از شبکه هاى اجتماعى به عنوان بخشى از مهارت هاى زندگى و آموزش پیش از ازدواج مورد توجه مشاران، روانشناسان و زوج درمانگران قرار گیرد.

Qualitative Study of Psychological-Cultural and Social Problems of Addiction to Virtual Networks and the Internet on the Marital Relations of Couples in Isfahan

The aim of this study was to investigate the psychological-cultural and social problems of addiction to virtual networks and the Internet on marital relationships of couples in Isfahan. that were selected by purposive sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that was saturated during the work with 14 participants (seven pairs). Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and key phrases were coded and analyzed using the Colaizzi method. psychological-cultural and social problems related to virtual networks in two classes of psychological problems (including two categories of behavioral problems and emotional-cognitive problems) and socio-cultural class (including 3 categories of lifestyle change, cultural degeneration and change of religious values) it placed. The results showed that dependence on virtual networks and the Internet causes behavioral problems including the concepts of &aggression, procrastination and impulsivity&, emotional-cognitive problems including &depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, lack of empathy and interpersonal sensitivity&, the category of change in life style includes &Internet addiction, social isolation, fashionism, job and financial problems&, cultural degeneration includes & separation of values and deindividuation cultural & and the category of changing religious values includes&faltering in moral and religious values and deviation from values . Therefore, it is suggested that the proper use of social networks as part of life skills and premarital education be considered by counselors, psychologists and couples therapists..
