چکیده    ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽِ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺸﺎوران ﻣﺪارس اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ - ﻣﺘﻮاﻟﯽ ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﭘﺪﯾﺪارﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- زﻣﯿﻨﻪﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ درﺑﺮﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻣﺸﺎوران ﻣﻮﻓﻖ آﻣﻮزش وﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺳﺎل 1397-98 ﮐﻪ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎً 1300 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ و 10 ﺗﺎ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶﮐﻤﯽ 300 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت در دﺳﺘﺮس و داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﮔﺮدآوری دادهﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺸﺎوران اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 0/81 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮری و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ آن را ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﮐﻼﯾﺰی و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪی ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار amous ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺸﺎوران ﻣﺪارس، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداری از داﻧﺶ ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، ﮐﺎرﺑﺴﺖ داﻧﺶ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ، ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞﺷﻐﻠﯽ/اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎی دﻓﺘﺮی ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ دادهﻫﺎی ﮔﺮدآوری ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ در آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﺸﺎوران، اﯾﻦ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ را ﻣﻮردﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ.

   Designing a conceptual model to explain the job success of school counselors

Abstract    The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual model for explaining the job success of school counselors. In this study, a mixed-method with a sequentially guided exploratory approach was used. In the qualitative part, the descriptive phenomenological method was used. In the qualitative part, the descriptive survey method was applied. the statistical population of the study consisted of school successful consultants in Tehran province in 1397-98, Which were about 1300 people. In the qualitative part, the sample was selected by‌ snowball purposeful method, and 10 people were examined until saturation. In a quantitative part, 300 people were selected conveniently and voluntarily. For Data collection was used semi-structural interview, in the qualitative part, and a researcher-made questionnaire on the job success of school counselors, in the qualitative part. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.81 and its face and content validity were confirmed using the opinion of experts. In the qualitative part, data analysis was performed, using the Colaizzi method, and in the quantitative part using confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS software. The results of the qualitative part, for the job success of consultants, were identified 5 categories, including that professional knowledge, application of knowledge, ability development, job / social interaction, and office activities. Also, the results of the quantitative part indicated the fit of the research measurement model with the collected data. I
