تدوین الگوی چهار وجهی مشاوره پیش از ازدواج «آگاه» با نگاه بومی و فرهنگی، و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر آگاهی، پذیرش، مسئولیت پذیری و سازگاری زناشویی زوجین

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی بومی «مشاوره پیش از ازدواج» و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر آگاهی نسبت به خود و همسر، پذیرش و مسئولیت پذیری نسبت به همسر و نیز سازگاری زناشویی است. طرح پژوهشی از لحاظ هدف، از نوع «کاربردی» و از نظر شیوه اجرا، در مرحله تدوین الگو(بخش کیفی پژوهش) از نوع «نظریه زمینه ای»، «تحلیل مضمونی» و «تجربه زیسته افراد خبره»، و در مرحله اثربخشی (بخش کمی پژوهش) از نوع «شبه آزمایشی» و به روش «پیش آزمون، پس آزمون، پیگیری همراه با گواه» است. در مرحله تدوین الگو، با بررسی نظریات مربوط به ازدواج، روش های مشاوره ای متخصصان داخلی و نیز آموزه های دینی، الگوی بومی مشاوره پیش از ازدواج تدوین شد. در مرحله ارزیابی اثربخشی این الگو، تعداد 44 نفر (22زوج) از افراد متقاضی دریافت مشاوره پیش از ازدواج مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره ، به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی تقسیم بندی شدند. گروه آزمایشی از روش مشاوره تدوین شده استفاده کردند و گروه گواه از سایر روش های مشاوره ای بهره بردند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه ساختارمند، قبل از مشاوره (پیش آزمون)، بعد از مشاوره (پس آزمون) و بعد از حداقل 4 ماه پس از ازدواج (پیگیری) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل نتایج از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس و آزمون t استفاده شد. در بخش اثربخشی، نتایج نشان می دهد افرادی که از این الگوی مشاوره پیش از ازدواج بهره گرفته اند، به شکل معنی دار(p≤0/001) از سطح بهتری در شاخص های مربوطه برخوردارند.

Preparing the Four-dimensional Model of Premarital Consuling and its Effects on Awareness, Acceptance, Responsibility and Marriage Adjustment

Referral of single girls and boys to counseling centers on the eve of marriage, during the dating and courtship process, to expertly assess the appropriateness and correctness of their choice, is one of the needs of counseling day. The purpose of this study was to develop a local model of &premarital counseling& for single people on the verge of marriage (suitor couple) and to evaluate the effectiveness of this counseling model on awareness and acceptance, responsibility and marital adjustment, After marriage. For this purpose, the research was conducted in two descriptive and experimental stages. In the descriptive stage of the research, after studying theories related to marriage, studying religious teachings related to marriage and also studying the counseling methods used by counselors and internal experts in this field, this model was developed. In the experimental stage, the effectiveness of this consulting method was evaluated. The research plan of this stage is &applied& in terms of purpose and &quasiexperimental& based on the method of implementation and &pretest, posttest, followup with evidence&. For this purpose, 22 individuals (11 couples) who applied for premarital counseling who had referred to a counseling center in Tehran were examined.To evaluate the effectiveness of this counseling method, in the qualitative dimension, the structured interview method was used, and in the quantitative dimension, the statistical method of analysis of variance and independent ttest were used.
