بررسی و تحلیل اثربخشیِ کاربستِ اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در فرایند مشاوره

آگاهی از اهمیت و فواید کاربستِ اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در رابطه یاورانه، باعث افزایش کاربستِ این اصول و ضوابط در مشاوره می شود.در همین راستا،پژوهش پیش رو با هدف تبیین و تحلیل اثربخشی کاربستِ اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در فرایند مشاوره و رابطه یاورانه است.سوال اساسی این است که رعایت و کاربستِ اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در فرایند مشاوره چه فواید و آثاری دارد ؟در پژوهش حاضر از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و اجتهادی بهره گرفته شده و آموزه های اسلامی و روان شناختی مرتبط با اهمیت و کارکردهای اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در مشاوره، مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد که التزام و کاربستِ اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در فرایند مشاوره،فواید و آثار اجتماعی،روان شناختی و حرفه ای زیادی در پی دارد. مصونیت بخشی به رابطه یاورانه،افزایش سلامت و امنیت روانی مشاور و مراجع،ارتقاء ارزش های انسانی ،ایجاد امنیت و مصونیت برای همکاران و کارشناسان مشاوره و افزایش تعهد، اعتماد،کارآمدی،تسهیل گری در فرایند مشاوره و ایجاد مقبولیت در روابط یاورانه، از مهم ترین پیامدهای مثبت التزام به اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی در مشاوره است.هر مقدار التزام و تعهد مشاوران به ضوابط اخلاقی افزایش پیدا کند،فرایند مشاوره از کارآمدی و مصونیت بیشتری برخوردار خواهد شد.

Investigating and analyzing the effectiveness of applying ethical principles and criteria in the counseling process

Awareness of the importance and benefits of applying ethical principles and criteria in a supportive relationship, increases the application of these principles and criteria in counseling. The main question is what are the benefits and effects of observing and applying ethical principles and rules in the counseling process? In the present study, descriptiveanalytical and ijtihad methods have been used and Islamic and psychological teachings related to the importance and functions of principles and The ethical rules in counseling have been studied and analyzed. The findings of this study showed that the adherence and application of ethical principles and rules in the counseling process has many social, psychological and professional benefits and effects. Immunity to the helpful relationship, increase the mental health and safety of counselors and clients, promote human values, create security and immunity for colleagues and counseling experts and increase commitment, trust, efficiency, facilitate the counseling process and create acceptance in helpful relationships, The most important positive consequences are adherence to ethical principles and rules in counseling.
