تغییرات زندگینامه شغلی آینده نگر از طریق مداخلات روایتی مبتنی بر داستان زندگی من و روایت های ترسیمی : مطالعه موردی با مشکل گذار

تجربه‌ی گذارهای متعدد به عنوان مشخصه‌ی مسیرهای شغلی نوین، ضرورت نوآوری در زمینه‌ی مداخلات را پررنگ می‌کند. از جمله مداخلات نوین، مداخلات طراحی زندگی با هدف تغییر روایت‌های شغلی است. پژوهش حاضر با دو هدف انجام شد. هدف اول بررسی چگونگی تاثیر مداخلات روایتی شغلی مبتنی بر داستان شغلی من (mcs) و روایت‌های ترسیمی (pn) بر تغییرات زندگینامه‌ی شغلی آینده نگر (fca)، و هدف دوم مطالعه‌‌ی چگونگی تاثیر این مداخلات بر عبور موفقیت‌آمیز گذار از طریق ایجاد تغییر در عاملیت و تامل‌پیشگی بود. روش مطالعه در این پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع مطالعه‌ی موردی بود. این پژوهش تاثیر مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر داستان شغلی من و روایت‌های ترسیمی که در قالب 4 جلسه اجرا شد را‌ بر روی یک مورد مطالعه، به طور عمیق مورد بررسی قرار داد. شیوه‌ی جمع‌ آوری داده شامل مصاحبه‌ی عمیق، مشاهده و ثبت اسناد بود. بررسی تغییرات زندگینامه‌ی شغلی آینده نگر، با استفاده از فرم زندگینامه‌ی شغلی آینده نگر(رفوس، 2009) به صورت مقایسه‌ی پیش‌پس مداخله صورت پذیرفت. مقایسه‌ی پیش‌پس مداخله‌ی مورد مطالعه در یافته‌ها‌ دو تغییر موضوعی در فرم زندگینامه‌ی آینده‌نگر در موضوعات کلی به مضمون موضوعات مشخص تر و نیز بی‌اعتنایی به مضمون جهت‌گیری را گزارش کرد . نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از مداخله‌های روایتی (mcs) و (pn)در قالب یک مداخله‌ی واحد، برای گسترش روایتهای آینده‌نگرانه‌ی مسیرشغلی مورد مطالعه مفید بوده و هم‌چنین، با ایجاد تغییر در عاملیت و تامل پیشگی به عبور موفق او در گذار دانشگاه کمک کرده است.

Changing future career autobiography (FCA) through narrative interventions based on My Career Story (MCS) and Pictorial Narrative (PN): A Case study with transition problem

The experience of transitions as a feature of new career paths highlights the need for innovation in interventions. Among the new interventions, life design interventions with the aim of changing career narratives can be stated. the present study was conducted for 2 purposes. The first goal was to examine the impact of career narrative interventions based on my career story (MCS) and pictorial narratives (PN) on future career autobiography (FCA), and the second goal was to study how these interventions affect the successful transition through making a change in agency and reflexivity. The research method used in this study was qualitative and it was a case study. This study deeply examined the impact of interventions based on my career story and pictorial narratives on a case study that took place in 4 sessions. Data collection methods included indepth interviews, observation, and document recording. The changes made in the future career autobiography were studied using the future career autobiography form (Rehfuss,2009) as a prepost intervention comparison. Comparing the prepost intervention in the case under study, reported that 2 kinds of changes have happened: thematic changes in the future career autobiography form in General Interests to More Specification and Disregard to Direction Theme. The results of the study show that the use of narrative interventions (MCS) and (PN) in the form of a single intervention is useful for the development of the studied futuristic career narratives. Also, making changes in agency and thinking has helped him with transition through college successfully.
