معنویت و تعالی خود در حرفه مشاوره: یک تحلیل کیفی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ابعاد معنویت و تعالی خود در مشاوران بود. جامعه این پژوهش کیفی، شامل تمامی مشاوران استان یزد در سال 1398 بود. نمونه به شیوه هدفمند صرفاً در مشاورانی انتخاب شد که انگیزش شغلی بالا و فرسودگی پایینی داشتند. از 10 مشاور مصاحبه به عمل آمد و حجم نمونه بر اساس اشباع نظری در تحقیقات کیفی انتخاب شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از شیوه نظریه مبنایی، شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد معنویت و تعالی خود در شغل مشاوران شامل 5 بعد شخصی، بین‌فردی، حرفه‌ای، نظام هستی و الهی است. بعد شخصی به این معنا بود که معنویت و تعالی مشاوران در شغلشان نمود داشت و زمینه را برای رشد شخصی مشاور و رضایت از شغل فراهم می‌کرد. بعد بین‌فردی اشاره به ارتباط مشاوران با مراجعان داشت و بیان می‌کرد که مشاور به واسطه فراتر رفتن از خود و نوع‌دوستی، موجبات رضایت مراجع را فراهم می‌آورد. بعد حرفه‌ای به این نکته اشاره داشت که مشاوران با وجود سختی‌ها و چالش‌های شغلی به دلیل نگاه معنوی از شغل خود لذت می‌بردند. بعد نظام هستی نشان‌دهنده اثرموج در مشاوران بود که به واسطه تعالی و معنویت آنان اتفاق افتاده و منجر به اثرگذاری در جامعه و سرنوشت افراد می‌شد. بعد الهی اشاره به حضور خداوند در شغل مشاوران و الگوگیری آن‌ها از اصول دینی داشت. بر اساس این یافته‌ها، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تعالی و معنویت در شغل موجب بالارفتن کیفیت زندگی مشاور چه در شغل و چه در زندگی شخصی می‌شود.

Spirituality and selftranscendence in the Counseling Profession: A Qualitative Analysis

The purpose of this study was to investigate the dimensions of spirituality and selftranscendence in consolers. The population of this qualitative study includes all consultants in Yazd province in 1398. The sample was purposely selected only in consolers who have with high career motivation and low career burnout. 10 consolers were interviewed; the sample size was based on theoretical saturation in qualitative research. The grounded theory approach including open, axial and selective coding was used. The results showed that dimensions of spirituality and selftranscendence in the counselors include 5 personal, social, occupational, ontological and divine dimensions. The personal dimension meant that the spirituality and selftranscendence witch reflected in counseling, provided an opportunity for the personal growth of the consolers and lead to job satisfaction. The social dimension refers to the relationship of counselors with clients, meant that counselors provide client satisfaction by going beyond self and altruism. The occupational dimension indicated that despite the career difficulties and challenges, counselors enjoyed their job because of the spiritual perspective and viewpoint. The ontology dimension refers to the rippling effect in consolers which happened because of their selftranscendence and spirituality, leading to an impact on the community and the fate of individuals. The divine dimension refers to the presence of God in the counseling profession and modeling of counselors on religious principles. Based on the results, it can be concluded that selftranscendence and spirituality in the counselors enhance their quality of life both in the job and in personal life.
