اثر بخشی آموزش والدگری موفق به مادران بر سازگاری عاطفی، تحصیلی و اجتماعی دختران نوجوان

والدگری یکی از مولفه های اساسی در رشد نوجوانان است و اغلب با مهم‌ترین دستاوردهای نوجوانان مانند توانا یی های شناختی و اجتماعی و سازگاری رابطه دارد. سازگاری توانایی انطباق، همکاری و کنار آمدن با خود، محیط و دیگران است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموزش والدگری موفق به مادران بر سازگاری عاطفی، تحصیلی و اجتماعی دختران نوجوان انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی و طرح پیش آزمون پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. تمامی مادران دانش آموزان دختر پایه نهم (دوره متوسطه اول) شهر الوندِ استان قزوین که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، جامعه مورد نظر پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادند. نمونه مورد نظر 30 نفر از مادران دختران نوجوان ناسازگار بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. والدگری موفق در طی 10 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد، اما گروه کنترل در طی این دوره هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سازگاری سینها و سینگ (1984) جمع‌آوری شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش والدگری موفق به مادران بر سازگاری تحصیلی دختران نوجوان موثر نبوده است، اما بر سازگاری کلی، عاطفی و اجتماعی دختران نوجوان موثر بوده و این تاثیر تا مرحله پیگیری پایدار مانده است. از نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان جهت مداخلات آموزشی به والدین در راستای افزایش سازگاری فرزندان نوجوان استفاده کرد.

The Effectiveness of successful parenting education to Mothers on Emotional, Educational and Social adjustment in adolescent girls

Parenting can use the various components of international development and empowerment with the best international assistant, the ability of expert and social innovation and adaptation. Compatibility with the title of adaptation, searcher and coming up with self, environment and conclusion.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of successful parenting education on emotional, educational and social adjustment of adolescent girls. The research method was quasiexperimental in a pretestposttest and fallow up design with control group. All mothers of 9th grade female students (first grade) of Alvandi city of Qazvin province who were studying in the academic year of 20182019 together with their parents formed the target population of this study. The sample consisted of 30 mothers of maladaptive adolescent girls who were selected by purposeful sampling and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. Successful parenting was administered to the experimental group for 10 sessions, but the control group received no intervention during this period. Data were collected using Sinn and Singh’s (1984) adjustment questionnaire. Mixed analysis of variance with repeated measures were used for data analysis. The results showed that successful parenting education was effective on adolescents ’overall adjustment, adjustment, emotional adjustment, and social adjustment, but was not effective on adolescent girls’ educational adjustment. The results of this study can be used for educational interventions to parents to increase adolescent children’s adjustment.
