تحلیل چگونگی بهزیستی مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل مطالعه موردی : دانش آموزان متوسطه دوره دوم شهر اصفهان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل چگونگی بهزیستی مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل دانش آموزان بود. روش پژوهش، کیفی و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه عمیق بوده است. جامعه تحقیق دانش آموزان، والدین و معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه و متخصصان مشاوره و روانشناسی بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و تا حد اشباع بوده، بنابراین، نمونه شامل 30 نفر از دانش آموزان، 20 نفر از والدین، 20 نفر از معلمان و 15 از متخصصان مشاوره و روانشناسی بود که در یک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته شرکت کردند. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، با روش نظریه زمینه‌ای، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. کُدهای باز شامل 100 مفهوم و کُدهای محوری شامل 20 مقوله عمده که مشتمل بر 5 مقوله اصلی است که عوامل موثر بر بهزیستی فرآیند مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل را پوشش می‌دهند. مقوله‌های اصلی عبارت بودند از: عوامل فردی پایدار؛ عوامل فردی ناپایدار؛ عوامل خانوادگی؛ عوامل مربوط به مدرسه؛ عوامل مربوط به جامعه. میل به رشد و بالندگی مسیر شغلی، به‌عنوان هسته محوری پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی گردید. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت مشاوره بهزیستی فرآیند مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل دانش آموزان مستلزم در نظر گرفتن مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های بهزیستی فرآیند مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل است و با بهبود شاخص‌های بهزیستی، بهزیستی فرآیند مسیر رشدی انتخاب شغل دانش آموزان هم ارتقا می‌یابد.

Analysis of how welfare of the career choice process case study : high school students in Isfahan city

The purpose of this study was to analyze how well being of a developmental path was to choose the job of students. the research method has been qualitative, qualitative and the tool of data collection was deep. The research community was students, parents, teachers and experts in counseling and psychology. The sampling method was purposeful and so the sample consisted of 30 students, 20 teachers, 20 teachers and 15 of the teachers and 15 of the counseling and psychology students who took part in a semi structured interview. The data from the interviews, with the context theory method, were analyzed in three open coding stages, including 100 main themes and codes, including 20 major categories, which include five main categories, which cover effective factors on the welfare of the career choice process. key categories were: sustainable individual factors; transient individual factors; family factors; social factors; social factors. the desire for the growth and development of the job path was recognized as the central core of the present study. the results of this study can be concluded that welfare counselling process selection process is required to consider the most important social welfare components of the job selection process and improve the welfare indices, welfare process and promotion of student job selection.
