افول تدریجی: روایت پژوهی کارآفرینان ورشکسته در شهر یزد

امروزه تاثیر چشمگیر کارآفرینی بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشورها به خوبی مشخص شده است،تا جاییکه برخی از صاحب‌نظران این دوران را عصرکارآفرینی نامیده‌اند.یکی از ضروریات توسعه کارآفرینی در جامعه، نقد و بررسی دقیق فرایندها و شناسایی عوامل موفقیت و شکست است و می‌تواند به تدوین سیاست‌ها و استراتژی‌های مناسب برای افزایش میزان موفقیت کارآفرینان کمک کند. براین اساس پژوهش حاضر بارویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل روایت به دنبالداستان زندگی اقتصادی کارآفرینانی است که در طول فعالیت خود با شکست مواجه شده‌اند و به اجبار به تعطیل نمودن کسب و کار خود رو آورده‌اند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند باتعدادی از کارآفرین مواجه شده با شکست در طول کسب و کار خود مصاحبه باز در قالب گفتگو انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از گام‌های تحلیل مضمون انجام شد و موجب شناسایی هفت مضمون اصلی شامل نیاز شخصیتی برای گسترش کسب و کار، شنیدن تقاضای محیط درخصوص ایجاد کسب و کارهای جدید، ناپختگی برای شروع کسب و کار، ورود شریک در برهه‌ای به عنوان عاملی مخرب، بازسازی طرح واره ذهنی مثبت و منفی، شرایط نامساعد بیرونی از نظر اقتصادی و تورم، تخریب از درون به مرور زمان شد. مقوله‌های اصلی پژوهش بیانگر آن است که افول کسب و کار پدیده‌ای ناگهانی نیست که در کسب و کار رخ دهد. این فرآیند از ابتدا که کاری در زمینه و بستر، به شکل نامتناسب با نیاز اصلی آغاز گشته و طی عوامل مختلف درونی و بیرونی به شکست منتهی می‌گردد.

gradual decline: the research narrative of bankrupt entrepreneurs in yazd city

today, the significant impact of entrepreneurship on the economic and social growth and development of countries has become well established, to the extent that some experts have referred to this era as the age of entrepreneurship. one of the necessities for developing entrepreneurship in society is the precise critique and examination of processes and the identification of factors contributing to success and failure, which can help in formulating appropriate policies and strategies to increase the success rate of entrepreneurs. accordingly, this study, using a qualitative approach and narrative analysis method, seeks to explore the economic life stories of entrepreneurs who, during their activities, faced failure and were forced to shut down their businesses.to collect data, purposive sampling was employed, and open-ended interviews were conducted in the form of conversations with several entrepreneurs who had experienced failure in their businesses. data analysis was performed using thematic analysis steps, leading to the identification of seven main themes: a personal need to expand the business, responding to environmental demands for creating new companies, immaturity in starting the business, the introduction of a partner at a critical moment as a destructive factor, reconstructing both positive and negative mental schemas, unfavorable external economic conditions, and inflation, which gradually caused internal destruction over time.the main categories of the research indicate that business decline is not a sudden phenomenon. this process begins when a business is launched in an environment and framework mismatched with the main need, and, through various internal and external factors, it ultimately leads to failure.
