واکاوی نقل‌های هشام بن سالم از امام صادق (ع) با توجه به سبک دفاتر حدیثی او‏

هشام بن سالم از محدثین و متکلمین جلیل‌القدر شیعه در قرن دوم است که نزدیک به هزار روایت، از او به ما رسیده‌است. در میراث او، منفرداتی به چشم می‌خورد که شامل مضمونی پر اشکال یا نامقبول یا هم‌سو با گفتمان‌های متاخر عامه یا در تعارض با اعتقادات شیعه است و هشام عموماً این روایات را بدون واسطه از امام صادق (ع) نقل کرده‌است. این پژوهش با بررسی رخداد ارسال خفی در حدیث هشام، نشان داده‌است که سبک تالیف دفتر هشام به شیوۀ «تعلیق کبیر» در کنار اضمار و تسری اسناد باعث شده‌است برخی راویان متاخر به هنگام نقل روایات از دفتر هشام در تشخیص مرجع ضمایر و مشایخ اشتباه کنند و روایات با واسطه یا عامی در دفتر هشام، به طور بی‌واسطه به امام صادق (ع) منتسب شود. تعدادی از روایات هشام به نقل از برخی مشایخ خود بوده، ولی منتسب به امام نبوده‌است که در اثر نسخه‌برداری از دفتر هشام توسط راویان بعدی، به اشتباه به امام صادق (ع) منتسب شده‌است.

analyzing hisham bin salem’s narrations in authority of imam sadiq (as), according to the style of his hadith books

hisham ibn salem is one of the shiite eminent scholars and theologians of the second century that nearly a thousand of his narrations have reached us. there are some singularities (munfaridāt) in his hadith legacy, which contain problematic or unacceptable content or are accepted by recent sunni discourses or are in conflict with shiite beliefs. hisham generally narrated these narrations directly from imam sadiq (as). investigating the occurrence of hidden transmission (irsāl khafī) in hisham’s hadith, this research shows that the style of writing hisham’s book in the taʿlīq kabīr style, in addition to the idmār and extendedness of asnād, caused some late narrators to make mistake in recognizing the reference of pronouns and mashāyikh (masters). as a result, the indirect or sunni narrations in hisham’s book have been directly attributed to imam sadiq (as). in some other narrations, hisham’s narrations were from some of his masters, not attributed to the imam, but as a result of copying from hisham’s notebook by later narrators, they were mistakenly attributed to imam sadiq (as).
