تجزیه و تحلیل داستان انگیزۀ تالیف فصل‌الخطاب و بازشناسی ماجرای تاریخی آن‏

یکی از داستان‌هایی که پیرامون محدث نوری و کتاب فصل الخطاب در چند دهۀ اخیر مطرح شده، داستان «انگیزه انگلیسی» تالیف فصل الخطاب است؛ که گفته شده محدث نوری، فریب سیاست‌های ضداسلامی دولت انگلستان برای تفرقه میان مسلمین را خورده، و این کتاب را به تحریک کارمند جاسوس سفارت انگلیس نوشته است. این داستان توسط آیت‌الله مرعشی‌نجفی به نقل از سردار کابلی، توسط چند نفر از علمای معاصر همانند: شبیری‌زنجانی، منتظری، آصف‌محسنى، صادقی تهرانی، نقل شده است. در پژوهش‌های جدید، مشخص شده که انتساب این داستان به محدث نوری، نادرست است. اکنون برای بازشناسی ماجرای واقعی داستان، لازم است بررسی شود: 1. روایت‌های داستان انگیزه تالیف فصل‌الخطاب چگونه و دارای چه بخش‌های متفاوتی می‌باشد؟ 2. اطلاعات و داده‌های این داستان، چه سرنخ‌هایی را به ما برای کشف واقعیت داستان می‌دهد؟ 3. آیا اطلاعات این داستان با شواهد تاریخی دیگر و مرتبط با عصر محدث نوری و سردار کابلی، هماهنگ است؟ 4. این داستان را، می‌توان با چه واقعه تاریخی تطبیق داد؟ در پژوهش پیش‌رو، با بررسی داده‌های داستان و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات آن، و دقت در اطلاعاتی که ناهماهنگ با تاریخ و زندگی حاجی نوری هستند، مشخص شد که که بخش اعظم داستان آیت‌الله مرعشی منقول از سردار کابلی، داستانی پیرامون جریانات کتاب «مسالک المحسنین» در دورۀ مشروطه ایران و مخالفت شیخ فضل الله نوری با این کتاب می‌باشد؛ و ناقل داستان، دو داستان مختلف (که پیرامون دو نوری، دو سید و دو کتاب متفاوت بوده است) را، باهم مخلوط نموده است.

analyzing the story of motivation to compile fasl al-khitᾱb and recognizing its historical story

a story that have been raised about muhaddith nourῑ and his book fasl al-khitᾱb is concerned with the british motivation that caused him to compile fasl al-khitᾱb; accordingly, he was deceived by british anti-islamic policies in making division between muslims and consequently wrote this book at the instigation of a spy-employee of the british embassy. this story was narrated by ayatollah mar’ashῑ, quoting from sardar kᾱbulῑ, by several contemporary scholars such as shunairῑ zanjᾱnῑ, muntazirῑ, ᾱsif muhsinῑ, and sᾱdiqῑ tehrᾱnῑ. the recent scholarly writings prove that this story has been incorrectly attributed to muhaddith nourῑ. in order to recognize the true story, it is necessary to examine: 1- what are the narratives of the story of motivation to compile fasl al-khitᾱb and what are their different parts? 2- what clues does the information of the story give us to discover the truth? 3- is the information of the story compatible with other historical evidence related to the era of muhaddith nourῑ and sardᾱr kᾱbulῑ? 4- what historical event can this story be compared to? this research, through examining the data of the story and analyzing its information, as well as, being careful about the information that is inconsistent with the history and life of haji nourῑ, determines that the major part of the story of ayatollah mar’ashῑ, quoting from sardᾱr kᾱbulῑ, is a story about the events of the book masᾱlik al-muhsinῑn in the iran’s constitutional period and sheikh fazlullah nourῑ’s opposition to this book; in fact, the narrator of the story has mixed two different stories (which revolved around two nourῑs, two sayeds, and two different books).
