معیارهای نقد حدیث از دیدگاه شیخ انصاری

حدیث، زمانی می‌تواند مورد استناد قرار گیرد که با نقد و ارزیابی، صدور آن از معصوم ثابت گردد. یکی از شیوه‌های نقد و اعتبارسنجی روایات، نگریستن به متن و محتوای حدیث و سنجیدن آن با معیارهای پذیرفته در نزد عالمان و محدثان است. فقیه ژرف‌اندیش و بی‌مانندِ شیعه، شیخ انصاری نیز در تراث فقهی و اصولی خود، احادیث فراوانی را نقد کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در دو بخش، به نقد از راه متن (نقد محتوایی) در دیدگاه شیخ انصاری پرداخته و به این نتیجه رسیده است که: ناسازگاری با سنت قطعی، ناسازگاری با قواعد مسلم و اجماعی، ناسازگاری با شان و عصمتِ معصوم، سنجش با واقعیت‌های تاریخی، برخورداری از مضامین عالی و مخدوش بودن بخشی از محتوای حدیث از معیارهای نقد محتوایی است که شیخ انصاری در نقد حدیث بدان اعتماد کرده است. همچنین عمل و اعراض مشهور، اعتماد قمیین و تلقی روایت به قبول از قرائن معتبر در نزد شیخ انصاری برای نقد حدیث می‌باشد.

Criteria of Criticizing Hadith from the Perspective of Sheikh Ansari

A hadith can be referred when its issuance from the Infallible (AS) is proven by criticism and evaluation. One of the criticizing and validating methods of narrations is to make an investigation into the text and content of a narration and to measure it with the criteria accepted by scholars and narrators. Sheikh Ansari, a thoughtful and unique Shiite jurist, has also criticized many hadiths in his jurisprudential and principled works. Based on the descriptiveanalytical method, this paper discusses the critique of the text (content critique) from Sheikh Ansari’s view. It concluded that incompatibility with definite tradition, incompatibility with certain and consensual rules, incompatibility with dignity and innocence of the Infallible (AS), measuring with historical facts, including excellent themes, and weakness of a part of the narrative content are the criteria of content critique on which Sheikh Ansari has used in hadith studies. In addition, famous action and statements, Qomis’ trust and perception of accepting a narration have been used by Sheikh to criticize a hadith.
