برنامه ریزی و طراحی کالبدی فضاهای شهری با تاکید بر مخاطرات طبیعی (مورد مطالعه: شهر زابل)

امروزه به منظور کاهش آسیب پذیری فضاهای کالبدی شهری در مقابل مخاطرات طبیعی و لزوم اتخاذ صحیح تصمیم ها و اجرای عملیات متناسب با آن و همچنین با توجه به پیشرفت دانش و تکنولوژی بشری، برای ارائه تصویری روشن از عواقب ناشی از مخاطرات، ارزیابی میزان طراحی کالبدی فضاهای شهری متناسب با مخاطرات طبیعی ضروری است. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، برنامه ریزی و طراحی کالبدی فضاهای شهری زابل با تاکید بر مخاطرات طبیعی میباشد. روش تحقیق تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و میدانی می باشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و مدل تصمیم گیری waspas استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل دو بخش میباشد.بخش اول مربوط به ساکنین شهر زابل که اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد (385 نفر) به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شد،در بخش دوم نیز بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 20 نفر از افراد متخصص و خبرگان محلی و افراد مطلع و آگاه به عنوان حجم نمونه در این بخش انتخاب گردید. نتایج آزمون تی نشان داد، در تمامی گویه ها، میانگین های به دست آمده پایین تر از حد متوسط عدد 3 میباشد، که گویای عدم رعایت طراحی کالبدی فضاهای شهر زابل بر اساس مخاطرات طبیعی میباشد. همچنین نتایج آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه خطی نشاندهنده این است که بین طراحی کالبدی فضاهای شهر زابل و مخاطرات طبیعی، در سطح اطمینان بالای 99/0، رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. در نهایت نتایج مدل تصمیم گیری waspas نشان داد ناحیه دو با وزن به دست آمده 923/3، بیشترین میزان رعایت طراحی کالبدی را بر اساس مخاطرات طبیعی را دارد.

physical planning and design of urban spaces with emphasis on natural hazards (case study: zabol city)

introduction: today, in order to reduce the vulnerability of urban physical spaces to natural hazards and the need to make the right decisions and implement appropriate operations, as well as due to the advancement of human knowledge and technology, to provide a clear picture of the consequences of hazards, it is necessary to assess the physical design of urbanspaces in proportion to natural hazards. therefore, the purpose of this study is to plan and physically design the urban spaces of zabol with emphasis on natural hazards. materials and methods: the research method is analytical and based on library, documentary and field studies. spss and gis software and anp and waspas models were used to analyze the information. the statistical population in the present study consists of two parts. the first part is related to the residents of zabol, where the cochran's formula (385people) was determined as the sample size. in the second part, based on purposive sampling,20 local experts and knowledgeable people were selected as the sample size in this section.results and discussion: t-test results showed that all the items, the average obtained is lower than average number 3, indicating non-compliance with the physical spaces of zabol design is based on natural hazards. the multiple linear regression test results indicate that the design of physical spaces of zabol and natural hazards, the 99/0 high reliability, there is nosignificant relationship. the results of anp model in gis software environment showed that in most layers, regions two and three have the highest value. finally, the results of waspas model showed that area two, with a weight of 3.923, has the highest level of physical design based on natural hazards.conclusion: in the areas of zabul city, the physical condition was assessed as unfavorable based on natural hazards, and these areas have a different condition due to the influence of natural hazards in physical planning and design.
