تبیین شاخص های کیفیت بصری مسکن آپارتمانی شیراز به روش نحو فضا

کیفیت محیط زندگی ابعاد گوناگونی دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها، کیفیت مسکن است که پاسخگویی به نیازهای مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، روانی و فیزیکی ساکنین را تامین می‌کند. کیفیت بصری یکی از انواع کیفیت مسکن است که این پژوهش ضمن اشاره به معنای آن، در نظر دارد تا بوسیله شاخص‌های مناسبی به ارزیابی این موضوع در مسکن آپارتمانی شیراز به عنوان کلان شهر جنوبی کشور با توجه به موقعیت خاص جغرافیاییش بپردازد. شاخص‌ها به روش کلی نحو فضا و بوسیله نرم‌افزار دپس مپ و نمودار و روابط ریاضی تجزیه و تحلیل می‌شوند. جامعه آماری شامل 50 نوع پلان آپارتمان مسکونی از سه منطقه شیراز که بیشترین تعداد آپارتمان مسکونی را دارا می‌باشند، انتخاب شده است. در پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای مطالعات انجام شده علاوه بر ارائه پیشنهاداتی جهت بالا بردن کیفیت بصری مسکن، الگوی طرح‌واره مناسب مسکن آپارتمانی نیز ارائه شده‌است و مشخص شد، ارتباط مستقیم آشپزخانه یا سالن با تراس با قابلیت و کنترل‌دید بیشتر از فضاهای عمومی منزل به این فضا، ضمن تاکید به آن، عاملی موثر در ایجاد کیفیت بصری مطلوب مسکن آپارتمانی است.

explaining the visual quality indicators of shiraz apartment housing by the method of space syntax

the quality of the living environment has various dimensions. one of the most important is the quality of housing, which meets the various individual, social, cultural, psychological and physical needs of residents. visual quality is one of the types of housing quality that this study, while pointing to its meaning, intends to evaluate this issue in shiraz apartment housing as the southern metropolis of the country according to its specific geographical location with appropriate indicators. the indices are analyzed in a general way by the syntax of the space and by depthmp and graph software and mathematical relations. the statistical population includes 50 types of residential apartment plans from the three regions of shiraz that have the largest number of residential apartments. in the present study, based on the studies conducted, in addition to providing suggestions to improve the visual quality of housing, a suitable schematic model of apartment housing is also presented and it was found that the direct connection of kitchen or living room with terrace with more visibility and control of public spaces home to this space, while emphasizing it, is an effective factor in creating the desired visual quality of apartment housing.
