بررسی و تحلیل مهاجرت‌های روستایی و ارتباط آن با شکل‌گیری مشاغل غیر‌رسمی با تاکید بر ابعاد اقتصادی پژوهش موردی: محله محمدآباد شهر قرچک

مهاجرت‌های روستایی موجب شکل‌گیری طیف وسیعی از مشکلات در ابعاد مختلف برای کشور‌های در حال توسعه شده است. از اثرات مستقیم مهاجرت‌های بدون برنامه از مناطق روستایی به سمت شهر‌ها در ایران شکل‌گیری بخش غیر‌رسمی در مناطق شهری کشور است. بدیهی است که شکل‌گیری این بخش نتیجه مستقیم مهاجرت‌های روستایی به همراه پدیده افزایش جمعیت شهرنشین می‌باشد که ساماندهی آن در حال حاضر یکی از چالش‌های مدیریت شهری کشور است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مهاجرت‌های روستایی در شکل‌گیری مشاغل غیر‌رسمی با تاکید بر ابعاد اقتصادی در محله محمد‌آباد شهر قرچک می‌پردازد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی، و به لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی گرد‌آوری شده است. و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تی‌تک نمونه، من ویتنی، کروسکال‌والیس و اسپیرمن استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 168 نفر دست فروش در محله محمد‌آباد شهر قرچک می‌باشند که برای تعیین دقت بیشتر این تعداد به 260 مورد رسید. نتایج بدست آمده تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که اکثر شاغلین بخش غیر‌رسمی در محدوده مطالعاتی مهاجرین روستایی هستند. همچنین وضعیت شاغلین بخش غیر‌رسمی از لحاظ اقتصادی مطلوب بوده و رابطه معنی‌داری بین وضعیت تحصیلات مهاجران و شکل‌گیری مشاغل غیر‌رسمی در محدوده مطالعاتی وجود دارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نبود زمینه اشتغال مناسب، عدم وجود تخصص، نداشتن سرمایه کافی از دلایل گسترش شغل دستفروشی در محله مورد مطالعه بوده است.

investigation and analysis of rural migrations and its relationship with the formation of informal jobs with an emphasis on economic dimensionscase study: mohammad abad- qarchak-city

rural migration has shaped a wide range of problems for developing countries in differentdimensions. one of the direct effects of unplanned migration from rural areas to cities in iranis the formation of informal sectors in urban areas of the country. it is obvious that the formationof this sector is the direct result of rural migration along with the phenomenon of urbanpopulation growth, which is now one of the challenges of urban management in the country.the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of rural migrations in the formation ofinformal jobs with an emphasis on economic dimensions in mohammadabad district in qarchakcity.the current study was an applied and descriptive-analytical research. data were collected bylibrary and survey methods. in order to analyze the data single sample t-test, mann-whitney,kruskal-wallis and spearman tests were used. according to cochran's formula, the statisticalpopulation of the study is 168 sellers in qarchak mohammadabad district, which reached 260to determine accuracy. the results of the research show that most of the employees in theinformal sector are in the study area of rural immigrants. the status of informal sector workerswas also economically desirable and there was a significant relationship between theeducational status of immigrants and the formation of informal occupations in the study area.the results indicated that lack of proper employment, lack of expertise, and insufficient capitalwere the reasons for the expansion of the peddling business in the study area.
