ارزیابی مولفه‌های موثر بر ایجاد فضاهای چندعملکردی اجتماع‌پذیر در حوزه‌های شهری با رویکرد محلی- جهانی (مورد پژوهی: منطقه 22 شهرداری تهران)

امروزه ارتقای کیفیت فضای شهری، یکی از نیازهای اساسی جامعه شهری است. پدیده‌ی جهانی سازی، اتفاقی است که بر فضاهای شهری محلی تاثیر خود را گذاشته و ضمن چند عملکردی بودن باید قابلیت جذب جمعیت و اجتماع پذیر شدن این حوزه را داشته باشند. هدف ارزیابی و تحلیل تاثیرات و نقش مولفه‌های فضاهای اجتماع پذیر و فضاهای چند عملکردی و ارتباط آن‌ها با رویکرد جهانی محلی، منطقه 22 شهرداری تهران است. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی است. همچنین برای ارزیابی منطقه 22 از تکنیک تصمیم‌گیری مدل ahp، با استفاده از نرم افزار expert choice استفاده گردید. که حجم نمونه 225 نفر برآورد گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ که مولفه تحرکات استفاده کنندگان دارای بیشترین و شاخص‌های اخطلاط کاربری، دسترسی سواره از پیاده، دارای بیشترین اهمیت از نظر مفاهیم پژوهش را دارا بوده است. این روند نشان دهند هم راستا بودن نتایج در روند مولفه‌های هر دو مفهوم می‌باشد.

Evaluation of the Effective Components on the Creation of MultiFunctional Communities in Urban Areas with a LocalGlobal Approach (Case Study: District 22 of Tehran Municipality)

AbstractToday, improving the quality of urban space is one of the basic needs of the urban community. The phenomenon of globalization is an incident that affects urbanlocal spaces and, while multifunctional, should be able to attract population and socialize in this area, while at the same time, in addition to usability on a local scale, usable and The attraction of the population is also metachemical and even transnational (global). To this end, the purpose of the research, evaluation and analysis of the effects and role of the components of social spaces and multifunctional spaces and their relationship with the globallocal approach, is 22nd district of Tehran. This is an applied research and descriptiveanalytic research method. The technique of collecting statistics and information was based on library studies, field observations and surveys to obtain data through a questionnaire and data analysis was performed with SPSS software. Also, for evaluating and ranking of multifunctional urban spaces indices in District 22, the AHP model decision making technique was used by Expert selection software. To estimate the sample size, Cochran formula and cluster sampling method were used to determine the appropriate components and indicators for creation of community spaces. The sample size was estimated to be 225 people. The analysis of the results of the research shows that according to the dimensions studied, the user’s motivation component has the highest and userdefined indicators, pedestrian access is the most important for the concepts of research. This trend shows that the results are consistent in the process of the components of both concepts.
