تاثیر تشبه به جنس مخالف در اختلال نظام

بررسی تاثیر تشبه به جنس‌ مخالف در ایجاد اختلال در نظام‌ و خرده نظام‌های مد ‌نظر اسلام و تبیین عِلّی این پدیده، موضوع اصلی مقاله است. بدین ‌منظور با الهام از ادبیات نظری و چارچوب مفهومی برخی از اندیشمندان دینی نظیر علامه‌طباطبایی، شهید مطهری و آیت‌الله مصباح‌یزدی مدل نمونه و هنجاری نظام فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی مورد نظر اسلام را ترسیم نمودیم. به‌ منظور تبیین نقش بنیادین تفاوت‌های جنسی و جنسیتی در سامان‌یابی این مدل هنجاری، چهار مفهوم اصلی فطرت، عدالت، زوجیت و هویت‌ جنسی را با استناد به کاربردهای قرآنی طرح یا پرورش دادیم. در‌ نهایت ضمن تحلیل عقلی استلزامات جنسی و جنسیتی این نظام‌ها، نشان دادیم که تشبه به جنس مخالف باعث ناهماهنگی در سطوح مختلف هویت از یک‌‌سو و به‌‌هم‌ ریختگی‌های الگوهای نظام‌ مطلوب دینی از سوی دیگر می‌شود. این مقاله در بخش ترسیم ویژگی‌های مدل هنجاری نظام در اسلام، از روش تفسیری−عقلی بهره برده است. بررسی فرضیه‌ها و تبیین عِلّی با روش عقلی و عرضه بر نظریه‌های اجتماعی انجام گرفت.

The Impact of CrossDressing in Disrupting the System

This article studies and explains the reasons for the role of crossdressing in disturbing the Islamic system and its subsystems. For the purpose, we referred to the theories and conceptual frameworks provided by some religious thinkers like Allameh Tabatabaei, Shahid Motahari, and Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, and sketched a normative Islamic model for personal, family, and social systems. For explaining the fundamental role of gender and sexual differences in the formation of this normative model, four major concepts of primordial human nature (fitrah), justice, duality, and sexual identity, are introduced by reference to Qur’anic sources. In the end, beside the rational analysis of sexual and gender implications of these systems, we show that crossdressing introduces disorder into various levels of identity, on one hand, and disrupts the desired religious system and order, on the other. This article uses interpretiverational method in the sketching of the characteristics of a normative Islamic model. The analysis of the hypotheses and rational explanations were done by rational method and examining it against social theories.
