اهمیت عنصر «برابری فرصت ها» در سند الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت

سند الگوی پیشرفت بنا به فرمان مقام معظم رهبری، با مشارکت گسترده متفکران و صاحب‌نظران ایرانی و براساس جهان‌بینی و اصول اسلامی، برطبق روش‌های علمی و  مطالعه آینده پژوهانه طراحی شده است که شامل پنج بخش می‌باشد. این سند دارای شاخص‌های راهبردی برای پیشرفت جامعه اسلامی ایرانی و نیز همه جوامع اسلامی است. با توجه به بررسی امکان چگونگی برقراری عدالت مورد نظر سند در جامعه اسلامی ایرانی، پژوهش حاضر درصدد بیان این مطلب است که مولفه «برابری فرصت‌ها» می‎تواند به‌عنوان یکی از شاخص‌های قابل تامل در ارتباط با اجرای عدالت اسلامی مطرح گردد. درواقع، هدف مقاله حاضر، تبیین این مسئله است که چه رابطه‌ای بین مولفه برابری فرصت‌ها و عدالت اسلامی در سند الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت می‌تواند وجود داشته باشد؟این نوشتار درصدد تبیین این فرضیه می‌باشد که بررسی سند مورد اشاره نشان می‌دهد رابطه مستقیمی بین برابری فرصت‌ها و عدالت اسلامی وجود دارد و با پی‌ریزی فرصت‌های برابر در تمام عرصه‌های سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی می‎توان زمینه‌های گسترش عدالت اسلامی و سپس پیشرفت و توسعه اجتماعی را در جامعه فراهم آورد. درواقع می‌توان گفت در صورت پیاده شدن برابری فرصت‌ها به‌عنوان متغیر مستقل، اجرای عدالت اسلامی موردنظر در سند الگوی پیشرفت تسهیل می‌گردد. بر این اساس در جهت تدوین این مقاله از روش کتابخانه‌ای−توصیفی و روایی استفاده شده است.

The importance of the element of Equality of Opportunities in the Progress Model Document

Considering how justice is sought in Iranian Islamic society, the study seeks to state that the &Equality of Opportunities& component can be considered as one of the most relevant indicators of Islamic justice practice. The purpose of this article is to explain this issue What is the relationship between equality of opportunity and justice component of the document is Tvandvjvd Islamic-Iranian model of progress? This paper seeks to explain the hypothesis that the document cited indicates that there is a direct relationship between equality of opportunity and Islamic justice, and that the development of Islamic justice and then the development and development of Islamic justice can be pursued through equality of opportunity across all political, cultural, social and economic spheres. In fact, it can be said that if equality of opportunity is implemented as an independent variable, the implementation of the Islamic justice desired by the paradigm of progress will be achieved. Accordingly, this paper uses a library-descriptive and narrative approach.
