موقعیت‎سازهای شریعتمدارانۀ هرمنوتیکی در سیاست‎گذاری فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

روح حاکم بر اسناد بالادستی نظام، تاکید بر شریعت اسلام و جهت‎دهی به سمت حکومت و جامعه اسلامی است. لیکن با وجود تاکید کلی اسناد بالادستی بر شریعتمداری، در عمل به سبب اینکه این معنا در طبقاتِ پسینی، جریان نیافته، اقسام رویارویی‎ها و سرگشتگی‎ها، سیاست‎گذاران فرهنگی را آزار می‎دهد. ثمرۀ موضع‎گیری سیاست‎گذار، چیزی جز موقعیت‎سازهرمنوتیکی نیست و دریافت‎های پسینیِ وی تحتِ تاثیر این گزینش است. شماری از موقعیت‎سازها کلیدی هستند و با هر گزینش، سلسله‎‎ای از موقعیت‌های هرمنوتیکی ایجاد خواهد شد. در این پژوهش با بهره‎گیری از استراتژی تحلیل مضمون، موقعیت‎های تقابلی در حیطه شریعتمداری، مبتنی بر شش منبع مختلف استحصال و نیز با استفاده از روش ism، موقعیت‎سازهای کلیدی هرمنوتیکی حاوی: «تعبد و تعقل در فهم شریعت»، «رابطه همسازی اخلاق و فرهنگ یا رابطه آمرانه اخلاق و فرهنگ؟»، «فقه فردی و فقه حکومتی»، «هنر ارزشی و هنر عام»، «حدود و ثغور شادی حقیقی و لهو و لعب» و «تقابل در اجباری یا غیراجباری بودن حجاب» مشخص و تبیین شده است. در انتها اهمّ مسائل هرمنوتیکی در حیطه شریعتمداری بررسی شده است.

Religious Hermeneutical Situation-Creators in the Cultural Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The atmosphere governing the superior documents of the IRI system emphasize the Islamic law and directing the society towards the Islamic government and society. Despite the general emphasis of the superior documents on religiosity, however because this concept is not in work in lower levels, various types of confrontation and ambiguity hinder the cultural policymakers. Any position taken by the politician is a hermeneutical situation created by him, and his later understandings are affected by this choice. Some situation creators are key situations and with any choice in these situations, a chain of hermeneutic situations will arise.In this research, by using the thematic analysis method, the conflict situations in religiosity, based on six sources have been extracted; and using ISM method, the key hermeneutic situation creators have been investigated. They are as follows: “servitude and reasoning in understanding religious law”; “the harmonic relationship between morality and culture or the authoritative relationship between morality and culture?”; individual jurisprudence and governmental jurisprudence”; “value art and public art”; “limits of true happiness and frivolity”; and “the contrast between obligatory and non-obligatory hijab”. . In the end, the most important hermeneutical issues in the realm of religiosity have been investigated.
