مدیریت تعارض‏های اجتماعی از نظرگاه اسلام با تاکید بر روابط اجتماعی

تعارض‏های اجتماعی همواره به‌عنوان معضلی بزرگ در جوامع بشری و سدی در برابر رشد و اعتلای آنها به شمار آمده است. تعارض‏های اجتماعی انواع متفاوتی داشته و سطوح مختلف جامعه را دربر می‏گیرد. آنچه در این پژوهش بررسی  شده است، پاسخ به این پرسش است که اسلام برای مدیریت تعارض‏های اجتماعی در حوزۀ روابط بینافردی چه طرحی ارائه کرده است؟ پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشی اکتشافی با روش توصیفی−تحلیلی است که با استفاده از ابزار مطالعه کتابخانه‏ای، به جمع‏آوری آیات و روایات و سپس کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل محتوای آنها پرداخته شده است. براساس یافته‏های تحقیق، برنامۀ اسلام برای مدیریت تعارض‏های بینافردی، دربرگیرندۀ نه محور اساسی در جهت تنظیم روابط بینافردی و مدیریت تعارض‏های این حوزه ارتباطی است. این محورها عبارتند از: نفی برتری‏های دروغین؛ تعیین حقوق متقابل؛ دستور به حسن خلق اجتماعی؛ تلطیف عواطف و احساسات؛ نهی از امور تعارض‏برانگیز؛ ایجاد اتقان در روابط؛ ضرورت اصلاح‌گری همگانی؛ ضرورت نظارت همگانی؛ و تفکر جمعی. اسلام در این راه، اراده‏های فردی و جمعی جامعه را مد نظر قرار داده و افزون بر مسئول دانستن هریک از افراد جامعه در مدیریت تعارض‏های اجتماعی، در این مسیر بر نقش تشریک مساعی آنها انگشت تاکید نهاده است.

Management of Social Conflicts from the Point of View of Islam with Emphasis on Social Relationships

Social conflicts have always been a great issue in human societies and an obstacle for their growth and transcendence.  Social conflicts are of various types and cover different levels of society. What has been investigated in this study is the answer to the following question: “What has Islam devised for management of social conflicts in the sphere of interpersonal relations?” The present study is an exploratory one conducted through a descriptive-analytical method using library sources to gather Qur’anic verses and traditions and then coding them to analyze their content. According to the findings of the study, Islam’s plan for managing the interpersonal conflicts consists of nine basic axes in order to adjust interpersonal relations and mange conflicts in this relational sphere. These axes are as follows: negating false superiorities, determining mutual rights, enjoining social good character, moderating emotions and feelings, forbidding conflict-making things, strengthening the relations, necessity of public reformations, necessity of public supervision, and collective thinking.To do so, Islam has considered the individual and collective wills of the society and, in addition to regarding each if the society’s member as responsible agents in managing the social conflicts, has emphasized the role of cooperation in this regard.
