شیوه‎‎های نهاد‎‎ینه‏ کردن و گسترش مراسم بزرگداشت شهدا

بررسی شیوه‎های نهاد‎‎ینه‎ کردن مراسم بزرگداشت یاد شهدا به نحوی که اجرای ا‎‎ین برنامه‎ها ‎ارزش و ثبات دائمی ‎‎یابند و به الگوها‎‎ی رفتار‎‎ی پا‎‎یدار، ارزشمند و تکرار شونده تبد‎‎یل شوند، هدف مقاله حاضر این بود که برا‎‎ی پاسخ به سوالات از روش کیفی تحلیل محتوای جهت‎دار و ابزار مصاحبه حضور‎‎ی نیمه ساخت‎یافته استفاده شد. جامعه‎ آمار‎‎ی پژوهش مسئولان و نخبگان فرهنگی، روسا و مداحان هیئت ‎های مذهبی و مسئولان امور شهدا و برگزارکنندگان مراسم بزرگداشت شهدا بود که با اشباع نظری، حجم نمونه برا‎‎ی مصاحبه 25 نفر شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از نظر مصاحبه‎شوندگان وزارت آموزش و پرورش با اقداماتی چون معرفی شهدا در کتاب ‎های درسی و درج خاطراتشان و اهمیت تلاش آنها برا‎‎ی دفاع از وطن، بنیاد شهید با تعیین مکانی خاص در هر شهر برا‎‎ی برگزار‎‎ی مراسم شهدا و برگزاری مراسم حماسی و با شکوه، خانواده‎ها با اجتماعی کردن فرزندان و انتقال ارزش احترام به شهدا به آنها، رسانه‎ها با نمایش رشادت‎ها‎‎ی رزمندگان، دولت با حما‎‎یت، ترسیم سیاست‎ها، تدو‎‎ین و تصو‎‎یب قوانین مرتبط، تالیف و تدو‎‎ین کتب، نام‎گذار‎‎ی خیابان‎ها به نام شهدا شیوه‎هایی است که به نهاد‎‎ینه کردن مراسم شهدا کمک می‎کند.

The Methods for Institutionalizing and Spreading the Memorial Ceremonies

The present article aims at investigating the methods for institutionalizing the memorial ceremonies for martyrs in a way that those ceremonies gain perpetual value and turn into lasting, valuable and recurrent behavioral patterns. To answer those questions, we used the qualitative method of oriented content analysis and the study tool was semi-structured interview. The statistical society was composed of cultural authorities and elites, the heads and eulogists of the religious boards, as well as the authorities and holders of the memorial ceremonies for martyrs. The sample size for interview consisted of 25 subjects selected through theoretical saturation.The results showed that, for the interviewees, the following measures can be taken to help the institutionalization of the memorial ceremonies for martyrs:(a) Introducing martyrs in textbooks along with writing their diaries as well as the importance of their efforts in defending the homeland by the Ministry of education;(b) Specifying a special point in each city for holding the martyrs’ ceremonies in a heroic and splendid form by the Foundation of Martyrs;(c)Socializing the children and transferring the value of respecting martyrs to them by the families;d) Displaying the bravery of the soldiers by the media;e) Supporting these measures, specifying the policies, formulating and enacting the related laws, composing books, naming streets after the martyrs and the like by the government.
