واکاوی موانع هجرت طلاب از قم و ارائه الگوی مطلوب هجرت

به‌رغم افزایش کمی طلاب حوزه‏های علمیه بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، آمارها حاکی از کمبود روحانی در مناطق زیادی از کشور است. بسیاری از مناطق شهری و روستایی به‌جز ایام موسمی تبلیغی ماه رمضان و محرم در سایر ایام سال از حضور روحانیون محروم‏اند. طرح‏های سازمان‏های متولی امر تبلیغ و هجرت، به‌رغم موفقیت نسبی، هنوز از عهده رفع این کاستی برنیامده‏اند. در این مقاله نظرات ده نفر از مدیران و نخبگان تبلیغی درباره موانع هجرت طلاب با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و به کمک نرم‌افزار «مکس کیو» بررسی شده است. این موانع و مشکلات در چهار محور اصلی «فردی»، «محیطی»، «سازمانی» و «خانوادگی» دسته‏بندی شده است. در محور فردی سه بعد «مهارتی»، «شخصیتی» و «انگیزشی و بینشی» (29 مورد) و در محور محیطی سه بعد «فرهنگی»، «امکانات منطقه» و «زمینه‏ها در قم» (27 مورد)، در محور سازمانی دو بعد «مراکز اعزام مبلغ» و «حوزه‏های علمیه» (42 مورد) و در محور خانوادگی تک بعد آن «همسر و فرزندان» (5 مورد) ارائه شده است. همچنین بر اساس پیشنهادها و راه‏کارهای نخبگان، الگوی مناسب هجرت طلاب با ایده اصلی «هجرت گروهی با محوریت نخبگان علمی، فرهنگی و تبلیغی» در دو حوزه «زیرساختی» و «روبنایی» (برنامه‏ای) ترسیم شده است.
