امکان‌ سنجی توسعه فضاهای سبز عمودی (بام سبز) به منظور دستیابی به شهر اکولوژیک، مورد مطالعاتی: منطقه 5 شهر اصفهان

در سال‌های اخیر، با رشد آگاهی‌های بین‌المللی درخصوص مقیاس و شدت تغییرات زیست‌محیطی، پدیده‌ شهرهای اکولوژیک به رویدادی جهانی تبدیل شده است. از طرفی توسعه بام‌های سبز به‌عنوان فضاهای سبز عمودی و با توجه به مسائلی از‌قبیل کمبود زمین و منابع آبی می‌تواند در جهت افزایش سرانه فضای سبز، ارتقاء کیفیت محیط زیست، مطلوب‌سازی شرایط آب و هوایی، کاهش آلودگی‌ها و تحقق اهداف شهرهای اکولوژیک بسیار مورد توجه باشد. منطقه 5 شهر اصفهان از طرفی با توجه به مسائلی اعم از توزیع نامناسب فضاهای سبز، کمبود زمین‌های بایر، آلودگی هوا ، آلودگی صوتی و غیره و از طرف دیگر با توجه به پتانسیل‌‌هایی که دارد می‌تواند از توسعه بام‌های سبز جهت رسیدن به اهداف شهر اکولوژیک بهره گیرد. هدف این پژوهش امکان‌سنجی توسعه بام سبز در راستای دستیابی به شهر اکولوژیک در نمونه مورد مطالعه می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر پارادایمی، کمی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت اسنادی و میدانی از طریق پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شهروندان بالای 15 سال هستند که در سال 1395 تعداد آن‌ها  126530 نفر بوده است، که از این تعداد 375 نفر با روش خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش تعداد 55 گویه در قالب 11 شاخص شهر اکولوژیک و با توجه به فرضیات پژوهش طراحی شد. روایی پرسشنامه به صورت روایی صوری از دید متخصصان دانشگاهی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (بیش از 0.7) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج به‌دست آمده از دیدگاه شهروندان آمادگی لازم برای احداث بام‌های سبز در راستای تحقق شهری اکولوژیک در این منطقه وجود دارد، همچنین بین ارتقاء سطح فرهنگ و آگاهی شهروندان ساکن منطقه و مشارکت در توسعه بام‌های سبز منطقه 0.364 رابطه معنی‌دار و  بین به کارگیری ضوابط تشویقی و تمایل به توسعه بام‌های سبز 0.232رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد.

feasibility study of development of vertical green spaces (green roof) to achieve an ecological city; case study: district 5 of isfahan

in recent years, through the development of international awareness regarding the scale and severity of the environmental change, the phenomenon of ecological cities has toturn out to be a global event. instead, the development of green roofs as vertical green spaces and due to problems, such as lack of land and water resources can be really important to increase green space per capita, improve environmental quality, optimize climatic conditions, reduce pollution and achieve the goals of ecological cities. district 5 of isfahan, regarding issues such as improper distribution of green spaces, lack of barren lands, air pollution, noise pollution, etc., and, due to its potential, can use green roofs to attain ecological city goals. this study aims to assess the feasibility of green roof development to achieve an ecological city in the study sample. the research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical interms of nature, and quantitative in terms of paradigm. the data collection method was documentary and field study through a questionnaire. the statistical population of the study is citizens over 15 years old. in 2016, their number was 126,530, out of which 375 were selected by cluster sampling. based on the purpose of the research, 55 items were designed in the form of 11 ecological city indicators and according to the research hypotheses. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed as face validity from the perspective of academic experts and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha (more than 0.7). regarding the results attained from the citizens’ point of view, there is the necessary preparation for the construction of green roofs to achieve an ecological city in this region. also, there is a significant relationship between raising the level of culture and awareness of citizens living in the region and participation in the development of green roofs in the region (0.364) and there is a significant relationship between the application of incentive criteria and the desire to develop green roofs (0.232).
