ارزیابی عملکرد فضاهای باز پردیس با استفاده از ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری، مورد مطالعاتی: پردیس ارم دانشگاه شیراز

ساختمان‌ها برای تامین نیازها و خواسته‌های کاربران تاسیس می‌شوند. اگر کاربران از عملکرد کلی ساختمان راضی نباشند، دستیابی به هدف طراحی ساختمان با شکست مواجه می شود. ساختمان‌های آموزشی و محیط آن‌ها به‌عنوان مراکز پیشرفت و نوآوری از این قاعده مستثنی نیستند. فضاهای بیرونی پردیس با کیفیت بالا افزایش رضایت کاربران مهم است. فضاهای بیرونی که اغلب در متن برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی محوطه دانشگاه نادیده گرفته می‌شوند، نیاز به توجهی بیش‌تر از پیش دارند. این مطالعه تعیین می‌کند که آیا کاربران پردیس ارم دانشگاه شیراز از ویژگی‌های عملکرد کلی رضایت دارند یا خیر؟ و این‌که آیا ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری1 توسعه یافته می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری برای ارزیابی عملکرد در فضاهای بیرونی دانشگاه‌های شیراز استفاده شود یا خیر؟ ارزیابی با استفاده از کاربران به‌عنوان معیار نشان می‌دهد که پتانسیل بهبود عملکرد پردیس بسیار زیاد است. این مقاله یک چارچوب ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری را ارائه می‌دهد که براساس رضایت کاربران، ویژگی‌های عملکرد فضای باز را برای پردیس‌های دانشگاه و امکانات در شهر شیراز در ایران فراهم می‌کند. اهداف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مفهوم ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری در رابطه با عملکرد پردیس، تعیین سطح عملکرد فضاهای بیرونی و تعیین همبستگی بین عملکرد دانشگاه و سطح رضایت کاربران است. روش این مطالعه اتخاذ یک رویکرد یکپارچه در فرآیند ارزیابی با ترکیب شاخص‌ها و متغیرهای مربوطه مستخرج از مرور ادبیات است. تمامی این ابعاد با استفاده از دو نظرسنجی (رتبه‌بندی متخصصان و نظرسنجی رضایت کاربران) با استفاده از روش ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری شکل می‌گیرند. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین عملکرد پردیس و رضایت کاربران وجود دارد. نتایج همبستگی ارتباط ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری به‌عنوان یک ابزار ارزیابی عملکرد را تایید کرده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌ها و متغیرهای مورد استفاده در ارزیابی سطح عملکرد فضای باز پردیس در تعیین سطح رضایت کاربران در پردیس‌ها و امکانات دانشگاه اهمیت دارند.

Performance Assessment of Campus Open Spaces via PostOccupancy Evaluation (The Case Study of Eram Campus, Shiraz University)

Buildings are established to meet the needs and desires of users. The purpose of a building is defeated if its users are not satisfied by the overall building performance. Educational buildings and their environment as centers of progression and innovation are not an exception. The highquality outdoor spaces of campuses are important for increasing the users’ satisfaction. Frequently ignored in texts on campus planning and design, the outdoor spaces deserve far greater attention than they have yet received. This study determines whether the users of the Shiraz University Eram campus are satisfied with overall performance attributes and whether the developed POE could be used as a performance evaluation tool in Shiraz universities’ outdoor spaces. The usersbased assessment shows that the potential for improving the performance of campus is great. This paper develops a postoccupancy evaluation (POE) framework that integrates open space performance attributes for university campuses and facilities in the city of Shiraz, Iran, based on users’ satisfaction. The objectives were to identify the concept of POE in relation to campus performance, to determine the performance level of the outdoor spaces, and the correlation between campus performance and users’ satisfaction level. The methodology of this study is adopting an integrated approach in the process of evaluation by combining relevant indicators and variables, retrieved from reviewed literature. All these aspects are molded into the methodology of POE using two surveys (experts’ rating and users’ satisfaction surveys). Results showed that a significant relationship exists between the campus performance and the users’ satisfaction. The correlational results confirmed the relevance of POE as a performance evaluation tool. The findings indicate that the indicators and variables used in assessing the level of campus open space performance are significant in determining levels of users’ satisfaction in university campuses and facilities.
