بررسی تاثیر نور و رنگ در طراحی فضاهای درمانی، مورد مطالعاتی: بیمارستان شهید رحیمی و شهدای عشایر خرم‌آباد

امروزه با در نظر داشتن میزان تاثیر مفاهیم روانشناسی محیط، نفوذ رنگ و نور در کیفیت محیط، ضرورت توجه به این مقوله در طراحی فضاهای درمانی جهت دستیابی به یک فضای مطلوب و بهبود بخش برای بیماران را مهم می‌شمارد. نفوذ رنگ و نور و تاثیر آن‌ها بر ذهن و جسم انسان‌ها به طرق گوناگون ثابت شده است و استفاده صحیح یا نادرست از آن‌ها تاثیرات مثبت و منفی زیادی در زندگی ما خواهد داشت. در طراحی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی به دلیل اهمیت بالای ماهیت کاربری که با سلامت روح و جسم انسان در ارتباط است و نیز حاکم بودن روابط پیچیده عملکردی در آن توجه به الزامات طراحی مناسب نقش حیاتی دارد که یکی از این الزامات استفاده صحیح از رنگ و نور است. فضاهای درمانی با توجه به اهمیتی که دارند باید بتوانند محیطی آرام، با توجه به نیاز مراجعه‌کنندگان باشد. شناخت چگونگی به‌کارگیری این دو به‌‌عنوان عامل موثر در بهبود بیماری از اهداف اصلی این پژوهش است. طراحی درست رنگ و به‌کارگیری نور مناسب می‌تواند به افزایش حفظ سلامت در بیمارستان‌ها منجر شود. روش پژوهش براساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای پیرامون مبانی نظری پژوهش مورد نظر و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه از بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های شهدای عشایر و شهید رحیمی خرم‌آباد می‌باشد. این تحقیق کاربردی است و روش آن توصیفی تحقیقی می‌باشد. این مقاله برای پاسخ دادن به این پرسش که نقش رنگ و نور در تسریع روند بهبود بیماری چیست انجام شده است. در ابتدا به مفهوم رنگ و نور پرداخته و سپس تاثیر این دو را بر بیماری‌های جسمی و روحی و کاربرد آن‌ها در فضاهای درمانی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.

Study of the Effect of Light and Color on the Medical Interior Design; Case Study: Shahid Rahimi and Shohadaye Ashayer Hospitals, Khorramabad City, Iran

Today, by knowing the concepts of environmental psychology and the effects of color and light on the quality of the environment, it is of great importance to consider these issues in the design of spaces to provide a favorable and healing space for patients. It has been proven in various ways that color and light influence and affect the human mind and body and proper or improper use of them has many positive and negative effects on our lives. In designing healthcare centers, considering the significant nature of the landuser, that is associated with human’s physical and mental health, and also the complex functional relationships governing in it, attention to the requirements of proper design, including the proper use of light and color, has a key role. Due to their importance, therapeutic spaces should be a calm environment, according to the needs of clients. The present study aims to investigate how these two elements, as effective factors in improving the disease, can be applied properly. Proper color design and application of appropriate light can enhance health in hospitals. In the present study, library studies are applied to develop the theoretical foundations, and data are collected using questionnaires distributed among patients admitted to Shohadaye Ashayer and Shahid Rahimi hospitals in Khorramabad City. This study is applieddescriptive research. In the present study, it is attempted to answer the question: What are the roles of color and light in accelerating the healing of diseases? To this end, first, the concepts of color and light are discussed and then the effects of them on physical and mental diseases and their application in therapeutic spaces are examined.
