چکیده
|
در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر جریانات فضایی بر تحولات سکونتگاه های روستایی پیراشهری اراک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. داده ها از طریق کارهای میدانی و پرسشنامه از دهیاران و اهالی روستاها تهیه شد. برای ارزیابی و رتبه بندی جریان های فضایی موثر بر تحولات سکونتگاه های روستایی از سه آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه، توکی و فریدمن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که جریان های فضایی اثرات مثبت و منفی زیادی بر تحولات سکونتگاه های روستایی داشته اند. یکی از بارزترین اثرات مثبت در ارتباط با بهبود کیفیت مساکن روستاها بوده است. بالاترین میانگین رتبه کارشناسان مربوط به شاخص های مسکونی می باشد. توسعه سیستم حمل و نقل و شبکه ارتباطی را نیز می توان جزو مهم ترین مولفه های اثرگذار مثبت بر تحولات سکونتگاه های روستایی به حساب آورد. این امر باعث تقویت یا شکل گیری کارکردهای جدید مانند خدماتی، تفریحی، توریستی، کارگاهی، صنعتی و خوابگاهی در شمار زیادی از روستاهای پیراشهری گردیده است. ابعاد منفی جریان های فضایی عمدتا در بخش کشاورزی روستاها نمود یافته است. در طی سه دهه گذشته درصد زیادی از اراضی کشاورزی روستاها به دلیل توسعه فضایی کلان شهر اراک و روستاهای پیرامون تخریب شده و به کاربری های ساخته شده تبدیل گردیده اند. قانون ارث و تقسیم زمین و افزایش ویلاهای ساکنان غیربومی در رتبه های بعدی (از نظر شهروندان) قرار دارند. دو متغیر مذکور بیش از همه، بخش کشاورزی روستاها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و باعث تضعیف مضاعف کارکردهای کشاورزی روستاها شده اند.

Abstract
|
in the current study, the impact of spatial flows on the evolution of the peri-urban rural settlements of arak has been evaluated. the data was collected through fieldwork and questionnaires. three statistical tests of anova, tukey and friedman's test were used to evaluate the spatial trends affecting the evolution of rural settlements. the results show the spatial flows have had many positive and negative effects on the evolution of rural settlements. one of the most obvious positive effects has been related to the improvement of the quality of the houses in the villages. the highest average rating of experts is related to residential indicators. the development of the transportation system can also be considered as one of the most important components that have a positive effect on the developments of rural settlements. this has strengthened or formed new functions such as service, entertainment, tourism, workshop, industry and dormitory in a large number of peri-urban villages. the negative dimensions of spatial flows are mainly manifested in the agricultural sector of villages. during the past three decades, a large percentage of agricultural lands in villages have been destroyed and turned into built-up due to the spatial development of arak metropolis and villages. inheritance law and the increase of non-native residents' villas are in the next ranks. the two mentioned variables have affected the agricultural sector of the villages and caused a double weakening of the agricultural functions of the villages.
