چکیده
|
طی دو دهه گذشته شاهد ظهور و تکثر دستور کارهای سیاست گذاری عمومی و پژوهشی در کل جهان هستیم که بر خلاقیت به عنوان یک ابزار جدید و قدرتمند برای تحریک نوسازی اقتصادی، طراحی و برنامه ریزی شهری متمرکز شده اند. به تبع این وضعیت، مفهوم شهر خلاق به موضوع جذابی برای سیاستگذاران، سیاستسازان، برنامه ریزان و دانشگاهیان تبدیل شده است. از اینرو به نظر می not;رسد شهرهای خلاق می توانند در تحقق بخشیدن به آرمان not;های کلانشهرهای آینده نقش هم افزایی ایجاد کنند. لذا لزوم تدوین یک الگوی مطلوب کلانشهر آینده مبتنی بر نظریات شهر خلاق برای کلانشهرها ضروری است؛ چنانچه انگیزه اصلی پژوهش حاضر توجه به این نکته ظریف و اثرگذار می باشد. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ و ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﻤﯽﺳﺎزی ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، ﭼﻬﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﻣﺪل dpsir در ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری (sem-pls) ﮐﻪ از روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎی ﻏﯿﺮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺑﮑﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. نتایج نشان می دهد عامل اقتصادی در مدل برنامه ریزی در جهت تحقق شهر خلاق با رویکرد توسعه پایدار شهری دارای مرکزیت زیادی نسبت به سایر عوامل می باشد. به این معنی که این عامل، هم دارای تاثیرگذاری زیادی بر سایر عوامل بوده و هم تاثیرپذیری زیادی از سایر عوامل دارد.

Abstract
|
during the last two decades, we have witnessed the emergence and proliferation of public policy-making and research agendas in the whole world, which are focused on creativity as a new and powerful tool to stimulate economic renewal, urban design and planning. according to this situation, the concept of creative city has become an attractive topic for policy makers, planners and academics. therefore, it seems that creative cities can play a synergistic role in realizing the dreams of future metropolises. therefore, it is necessary to develop a desirable model of the future metropolis based on the theories of the creative city; as the main motive of the current research is to pay attention to this subtle and effective point. as the main motive of the current research is to pay attention to this subtle and effective point. in this direction and in order to better quantify the results, the conceptual framework of the dpsir model is used in combination with the structural equation model (sem-pls), which is a non-experimental approach. the results show that the economic factor in the planning model towards the realization of a creative city with a sustainable urban development approach has a high centrality compared to other factors. this means that this factor has a great impact on other factors and is highly influenced by other factors.
