بررسی تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار محله‌های شهری با تاکید بر امنیت پایدار (نمونه موردی: شهر ارومیه)

شهر ارومیه به عنوان یکی از شهرهای مواجه با شهرنشینی شتابان، طی سال‌های اخیر با مسائل توسعه شهری و محله‌ای از قبیل عدم توسعه پایدار و کاهش امنیت پایدار مواجه بوده است. بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر سرمایه‌های اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار محلی با تاکید بر امنیت پایدار در شهر ارومیه پرداخته می‌شود. چرا که بررسی تاثیر سرمایه‌های اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار محلی در راستای مطالعات شهری می‌تواند گامی موثر در شناخت و ایجاد دانش نظری و تجربی در این حوزه گردد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری نیز کلیه مدیران رده بالا و میانی، معاونین و کارشناسان تخصصی مناطق 5 گانه شهرداری ارومیه به تعداد 545 نفر بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه آماری این پژوهش(226 نفر) به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته سرمایه اجتماعی، توسعه پایدار محله‌های و امنیت پایدار است. روایی ابزار از نظر متخصصین و پایایی مطابق آلفای کرونباخ گزارش‌شده است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود که  نتایج حاصل از آن نشان داد که در فرضیه اصلی اثر مستقیم سرمایه‌های اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار محلی (0.36) امنیت پایدار(0.51) مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین در فرضیه اول اثر مستقیم سرمایه اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار محلی شهر (0.36) مثبت و معنادار است. در فرضیه دوم تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر امنیت پایدار شهری برابر (0.75) مثبت و معنادار است. و در فرضیه سوم نیز تاثیر امنیت پایدار شهری بر توسعه پایدار محلی شهر (0.68) تاثیر مثبت دارد. بنابراین افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی در شهر به‌عنوان یک رویکرد نوین و دیدگاه صراحتاً مثبت در مدیریت شهری می‌تواند با امنیت پایدار در شهر زمینه دست‌یابی به توسعه پایدار شهری در ‌شهر ارومیه را فراهم آورد.

investigating the impact of social capital on sustainable development of urban neighborhoods with emphasis on sustainable security (case study: urmia)

urmia, as one of the cities facing rapid urbanization, has been facing urban and neighborhood development issues such as lack of sustainable development and reduction of sustainable security in recent years. therefore, in the current research, the impact of social capital on local sustainable development is investigated with emphasis on sustainable security in urmia city. because investigating the impact of social capital on local sustainable development in line with urban studies can be an effective step in recognizing and creating theoretical and experimental knowledge in this field. the method of the descriptive research was correlation type and the statistical population was all high and middle level managers, assistants and specialized experts of the 5 regions of urmia municipality in the number of 545 people, using the cochran formula, the statistical sample of this research (226 people) was randomly sampled. selected. the tools of data collection are researcher-made questionnaires of social capital, sustainable development of neighborhoods and sustainable security. the validity of the tool is reported according to experts and reliability according to cronbach’s alpha. the method of data analysis was structural equation modeling, the results of which showed that in the main hypothesis, the direct effect of social capital on local sustainable development (0.36) and sustainable security (0.51) is positive and significant. also, in the first hypothesis, the direct effect of social capital on the local sustainable development of the city (0.36) is positive and significant. in the second hypothesis, the impact of social capital on sustainable urban security is positive and significant (0.75). and in the third hypothesis, the impact of sustainable urban security has a positive impact on the local sustainable development of the city (0.68). therefore, the increase of social capital in the city as a new approach and an explicitly positive view in urban management can provide the basis for achieving sustainable urban development in urmia metropolis with stable security in the city.
