طراحی نمودارهای مورداستفاده(use case diagram) کاربران در فرایند مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی ساکنان بافت فرسوده اصفهان

بافت‌های فرسوده شهر اصفهان با ترکیب درهم‌تنیده‌ای از مشکلات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی مواجه می‌باشند؛ که بازآفرینی شهری با به‌کار‌گیری ابزار مقتدرسازی اجتماع منسجم و ارتقا مشارکت فعال شهروندان در راستای حل این مشکلات گام برمی‌دارد. این فرایند در بستر فضای مجازی به دنبال تسهیل برقراری ارتباط شهروندان و مسئولان؛ مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی معرفی می‌شود. یکی از روش‌های پیاده‌سازی فرایند مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی در فضای مجازی استفاده از روش مهندسی نیازمندی‌ها هست که بر پایه شناسایی نیازمندی‌ها و تحلیل آن، کاربران سیستم و فعالیت‌های آن‌ها معرفی می‌شود. این پژوهش باهدف دستیابی به تحلیل نیازمندی‌ها کاربران و فعالیت‌های آنان را در راستای تحقق فرایند مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی بر پایۀ نمودار مورد استفاده (use case) تدوین‌شده است. بر این اساس این مقاله یک پژوهش با ویژگی‌های چون استقرایی،کاربردی و توصیفی تحلیلی استوار است که با به‌کارگیری روش هیئت‌منصفه و روش تحلیل محتوی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارatlas ti  نیازمندی‌های سیستم تعیین می‌شود. تحلیل نیازمندی‌ها نشان می‌دهد کاربران  سیستم فرایند مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی شامل ساکنان بافت‌های فرسوده شهر اصفهان، کارشناس تسهیلگر، کارشناس فنی و کارشناس مربی، مسئول، می‌باشند و فعالیت‌های هر یک بر پایه فرایند مقتدرسازی و نیازمندی‌ها در نرم‌افزار visual paradigm  به‌صورت نمودار مورد استفاده (use case)؛ به‌عنوان زبان مدل‌سازی یکپارچه (uml) نمایش داده می‌شود. نمودارهای مورداستفاده نمایشی از چگونگی ارتباط بین کاربر و فعالیت‌ها در سیستم چرخه‌ای فرایند مقتدرسازی الکترونیکی برای ساکنان بافت‌های فرسوده شهری اصفهان است.

design of use case diagrams of users in the process of eempowerment of residents of the urban deacay of isfahan

the dilapidated structures of isfahan face a complex combination of social, economic and environmental problems; that urban regeneration takes steps to solve these problems by using the tools of empowering a cohesive community and promoting the active participation of citizens. this process in the context of cyberspace seeks to facilitate communication between citizens and officials; electronic authorization is introduced. one of the methods of implementing the electronic authorization process in cyberspace is the use of requirements engineering method, which is introduced based on the identification of requirements and its analysis, system users and their activities. this study has been compiled with the aim of achieving the analysis of users’ needs and their activities in order to realize the process of electronic authorization based on the use case. based on this, this article is a research with features such as inductive, applied and descriptiveanalytical, which determines the system requirements by using the jury method and content analysis method using atlas ti software. requirements analysis shows that users of the electronic authorization process system, including residents of wornout tissues of isfahan, facilitator, technical expert and trainer, are responsible and the activities of each based on the authorization process and requirements in visual paradigm software as a use case diagram; displayed as integrated modeling language (uml). the diagrams used are a demonstration of how the relationship between the user and the activities in the cyclical system of the electronic empowerment process for the residents of the wornout urban tissues of isfahan.
