آسیب شناسی خانه های دوم در نواحی روستایی شهرستان لاهیجان در دو دهه اخیر

شهرستان لاهیجان با داشتن جاذبه های طبیعی و فرهنگی فراوان همواره به عنوان یکی از کانونهای گردشگری در استان گیلان بوده است. نواحی روستایی این شهرستان نیز با برخورداری از محیط طبیعی بکر در هر یک از بخشهای نواحی کوهستانی، کوهپایه‌ای و جلگه‌ای ساحلی و همچنین جاذبه‌های فرهنگی و انسانی، یکی از مقاصد اصلی گردشگری این شهرستان به شمار می‌آید. اما گسترش جریانهای گردشگری دراین شهرستان که عموماً بدون برنامه ریزی و عدم مدیریت کافی همراه می‌باشد اثرات مثبت و منفی فراوانی را در زمینه‌های، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی فضایی به همراه داشته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه خانه‌های دوم با آسیب‌شناسی نواحی روستایی شهرستان لاهیجان می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش شناسی توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارشناسان و خبرگان شهرستان لاهیجان بودند که به شیوه هدفمند 125 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته زیست‌پذیری بود که روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0/79 بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و amos و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل واریانس مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد بین تمام مولفه‌های زیست پذیری و گردشگری خانه‌های دوم رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و گسترش خانه‌های دوم در مناطق کوهستانی و جنگلی بیشتر از مناطق ساحلی بوده است و تاثیرات بخش کالبدی فیزیکی از گردشگری خانه‌های دوم بیشتر از بخش‌های دیگر بوده است.

pathology of second homes in rural areas of lahijan county in the last two decades

lahijan city with its many natural and cultural attractions has always been one of the tourist centers in gilan province. the rural areas of this city, with its pristine natural environment in each of the mountainous, foothill and plaincoastal areas, as well as cultural and human attractions, is one of the main tourist destinations of the city. however, the expansion of tourism flows in this city, which is generally accompanied by insufficient planning and management, has had many positive and negative effects in the fields of economic, environmental and physicalspatial.the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between second homes and vulnerabilities in rural areas of lahijan city. the research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptivecorrelation in terms of methodology. the statistical population of the study included experts and experts of lahijan city, 125 of whom were purposefully selected.the instrument used was a researchermade viability questionnaire whose validity of the questionnaire using cronbach’s alpha was 0.79. data were analyzed using spss and amos software and correlation coefficient and analysis of variance. the results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between all components of livability and tourism of second homes and the expansion of second homes in mountainous and forested areas has been more than coastal areas and the effects of the physical part of home tourism. the second has been more than other sections.
